Don't get scammed. This company got my attention by sending me unsolicited email to an email address of mine that had been exposed in a data breach a couple of years ago. This has made this address pretty unusable, so I have a rule set up that sends all email to this address straight to spam. So this means this company is either buying compromised emails, or searching the (dark) web for them so they can send you spam, the very thing they want you to pay them for to prevent. And think about it: even if they could get your information removed from data brokers' databases, why would they? That would hurt their own business. One of the things that bugged me was how scammy and misleading their website is. There is a textbox where you have to input your email address with a button 'Check my exposure'. If you do that and hit the button, there is this animation that gives the impression that it is scanning for 'exposure' (spoiler: it's not). The only information it has, is a city, and it is based on your IP address. The rest is BS. How do I know? Because I just generated a brand new, never been used email address, tried it, and it told me my information was 'probably exposed by 35 sites'. It's like the dumbest protection racket ever.

Update (a week later): I am now receiving unsolicited offers (=SPAM) from this company on that brand new email address WITHOUT AN OPTION TO OPT OUT OR UNSUBSCRIBE. Luckily, this was a disposable email address. With all that I have seen so far, you should probably assume that this company will happily take your money for their services, while at the same time selling your data (that you yourself provided them so they know it's accurate, together with your credit card info) to the very data brokers they are supposed to protect you from, thus helping create/maintain the problem they are selling you the (ineffective) solution for. Seriously, it's the online version of 'mob protection'.

Update2 in response to the companies comments:
Stop lying. I have not signed up for your service. Your check-my-exposure tool doesn't do anything except show your approximate location (IP based, which was incorrect in my case because I use a VPN 😂) unless you enter all your information and credit card. So first I need to provide you with all my information, and then your tool can tell me (of course) that it has been 'exposed'? Brilliant. Moving on to the unsubscribe option at the bottom of the email. It is just not there. If you can't even manage to get a basic email right, why on earth should anyone trust your company with their personal information?!

Quick to set up and easy to use. It works quickly and quietly getting the job done. Really good service.
