I have never used another alarm system as my daughter, sargeant, 911 operator told me this was a good service. So I tried it & have been extremely happy. And, I got it when they offered to have someone put it in for me so that made it even better. One of my remotes quit working & they happily exchanged it at no charge to me. Then when I called to get it keyed in to my console it was quick & efficient. Would highly recommend.

I installed both hardwired and wireless alarm systems for years before I went to college. After getting married and buying a home that had not been pre-wired for an alarm system, I did my homework. The customized package, very reasonable monitoring fee, and excellent customer support made this decision a no brainer. Protect America. I have not been disappointed at all, in fact my high expectations have been exceeded. I could not possibly more highly recommend this product. I was a certified alarm installer through NBFAA, (National Burglar and Fire Alarm Association) and this product exceeds market expectations and they have excellent customer support.

I'v had it for a few years now and I think it is one if the best things that I have invested in for a long time. Just knowing that protectamerica is there gives me full peace of mind and makes me feel my home is safe at night and when I'm away.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Protectamerica. From purchase, through installation and on-going customer service they have been excellent!

I have been a customer of Protect America for 4 months. My equipment has worked flawlessly. The GE control module is a standout. Customer service has been outstanding and all of my concerns have been addressed immediately. I would recommend Protect America as an alarm system provider for your home or business because of the quality of their product, their customer support and price.

When I first signed up everyone there was helpful and I can get help quickly. Now, every time I called for anything like monthly testing, question about changing my auto pay from one bank to another, seem like I am taking a back seat. Waiting time is longer and when the person pick up, he/she put me back on hold so he/she can transfer me to someone else. Ive been with this company for 2.5 months and it is being treated like this I cant wait to see how they going to treat me as a customer as time move on.

I love this service. I was a bit afraid when told I would have to do the install, as I am elderly and not tech oriented, but the technician explained everything carefully and was extremely courteous. The system works perfectly.

We have been customers of Protect America for oveer 12 years. we have always received top notch service from them. We have always found their representative to be very helpful and always willing to assist when we have questions. They offer a broad range of services at comparable prices.

We left our home earlier this winter to spend time in the southern climate. We left in the early AM by automobile and Bright and early the second day out we got a call from PA that our alarm had been activated. We were a bit worried, but, shortly after we were notified by PA of the situation, our very good neighbor friends called to inform us that they were the culprits that set off the alarm and that the County Sheriff had indeed talked to them about the situation. We live in a very rural area, and the law was there as soon as possible. Thanks for everything PA

I was promised 2 new yard signs and a carbon dioxide unit for free upon exercising the completed 2 yr. contract. It never happened. I have yet to hear from you and it has been months.

I would recommend PA without hesitation.

When I purchased my home, the system was already installed and all I had to do was transfer everything into my name. The process has been very easy and I was even able to add my garage door entry (previously no sensors at that door) at no extra charge.
The tech was able to guide me through the process on how to add the new sensors in no time.
While this was helpful and easy, I'm really not much of a DIY'er. I would rather have a tech physically come out and do it for me due to my insane busy schedule.
Otherwise, I am very happy with the service.

I can't say anything bad about this company, they are there when you need them and they work with you about any concerns that you have. its a good feeling to know that nobody has entered your home prior to your arrival, you can't put a price on that. I have highly recommended this company in the past and will continue in the future. Its a must have utility bill now a days that I don't mind paying unlike cable. Everybody should check out their services because I am sure you will like what you see.
