Pro Smile are a lovely business to deal with and very helpful, especially when my initial dental impressions were not successful! Tooth whitening kits were competitively priced, easy to use, comfortable and made a difference. Thank you!

After doing some research I decided to give Pro Smile a try. Found their website easy to use and my impression kit arrived promptly. Received a phone call to ask if I needed any guidance but as instructions were very clear, I declined. My trays arrived next week and I have used them 3 or 4 xs now and I’m really pleased with the outcome. The sensitive toothpaste really helps too. Customer service is excellent, Sebastian just called to see how I’m getting on and if there was anything he could help with. Would definitely recommend.

I would highly recommend ProSmile. Not only did the outcome of the process exceed expectations, but the general experience was great too.

The application was really straightforward and yet it was a quality product and felt very well regulated.

The moulding kit came in a neat parcel, and it was easy to use with simple instructions, and then the moulds arrived quickly, so I managed to start my teeth whitening course only a matter of days after my initial enquiry.

The staff checked-in regularly to make sure I was using the kit correctly and answered any queries, and I was really pleased with the overall result, and I’ve since referred a lot of friends and family that were impressed with the difference it made to my teeth.

There is also ample teeth whitening gel that comes in every pack, so plenty of left over gel to “top up” whenever needed.

Overall extremely happy with the product and outcome

I went to a wedding recently and received several comments from people about how shiny and white my teeth were looking. I'd been using the Pro Smile Day Kit for the week before the wedding!

It's an easy-to-use product that gives quick and lasting results. I've experienced no sensitivity, but it's good to know that the sensitivity gels are there should I need them in the future.

All in all, I'm very happy with Pro Smile and have already recommended to family & friends.

I recently purchased the Whitening Kit after finding Pro Smile at an event. The entire process was seamless, and Sebastian was extremely helpful! My order arrived within days, and the product itself is fantastic. So pleased with the results 😊

This teeth whitening product is the best I’ve used. I’ve tried numerous products and the results are nowhere near the others.
It’s given me my confidence back with my teeth, and I can’t stop smiling 😊
Good price too, as the dentist option was 3 times as much.

It has been completely worth the money, I am nearing the end of my treatment and to say I am happier would be an understatement. I had a difficult case to treat but they have come out so much straighter. I am feeling much more confident and I now love to smile and laugh, friends & family keep pointing out how great they look too! Thank you Pro Smile!

Pro Smile has been amazing throughout my whole journey with my aligners. The results didn't take long and I am super happy with how my new teeth look. Throughout this time, everyone has been super helpful, with the Dental Nurse always on the other end of the phone if you have any questions or worries and constant checking of the scans to make sure your progress is on track. I cannot recommend them enough, everyone has been so kind and everything was super easy to follow and understand to achieve your dream results! I will continue to recommend this company to everyone as they provide everything you could want from them and more!

Very smooth service throughout with simple instructions. A comfortable product that produces great results. Would recommend!

Great experience from start to finish and really pleased with the results. The instructions were also really clear. I used the night time gels, which I found comfortable and I did not struggle with sensitivity. I used the kit for just under 2 weeks, although started seeing results within the first week. I still have plenty of the gels left so they clearly go a long way. Highly recommend!

Pro Smile was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The kit is so easy to use from the impressions through to the whitening kit. I saw results after 5 days and got the whiteness I was hoping for! Customer service was also second to none. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an easy at home professional teeth whitening experience with the best results!

I never really trusted teeth whitening businesses before and wasn’t keen to splash over a thousand! ProSmile is one of a kind. The service is so easy to use, inexpensive and the results are fantastic. All my friends and family are commenting on how white my teeth look now! Seb was also amazing and was there every step of the way! He even sorted me with new retainers that would’ve also cost over a £1000 at the dentist for a fraction of the price.

Such a great company! I’m so pleased with my whitening results. The whole process is so easy and they are really helpful. Would recommend 10/10

Straight forward and convenient. Excellent and responsive customer service.

Couldn’t be happier with my results!! The kits are easy to use, affordable, and the support from the company was brilliant.

I was sold pro smile at a wedding fayre. When I informed them I wanted my teeth whitened for my wedding in August 2025. They said the early you start the better. I purchased the set and was excited to start. When my kit arrived I saw results instantly and was very excited. You’re informed to use the kit for two weeks and then a use a top up every 4 months. After the two weeks and I stopped using the whiteness dulled instantly. I was so disappointed that there was absolutely no lasting results what’s so ever. I had followed the instructions to a t and didn’t understand what went wrong. I was due to have a consultation with the dentist but due to my job as a teacher the time offered was not convenient. A follow up was arranged and last minute the dentist changed the time and I did not see this email. I was told I would be emailed tips and a new whitening gels but these never arrived. Although the initial care of the team was great I haven’t heard anything since. I can’t say the whitening gels don’t work at all because they do with great results, I was just expecting lasting results and didnt receive these. My gels also expire In March 2024 so won’t even last until my wedding day which was the reason I had purchased in the first place. I have tried again since but again after the two week period there is no lasting effects. I just feel like I am paying a lot of money to get no results.

My whole experience with Prosmile has been amazing from the get go! The website and application for teeth whitening was simple but thorough and my kit arrived within a few days. Charlotte has been so helpful throughout the process and arranged for me to come in and have my teeth scanned with her to ensure I got my whitening kit in time for my wedding.
I would 100% recommend Prosmile to anyone. I am on day 11 of the 14 days and the difference in my teeth is incredible. My only regret is that I didn’t do this sooner!

So good! My kit arrived super quickly and the set up took no time at all. Loving my results! Would highly recommend!

Prosmile teeth whitening treatment has been a game-changer for me. After just one session, I noticed a dramatic improvement in the whiteness of my teeth. The process was surprisingly quick and comfortable, with minimal sensitivity afterward. The professional-grade formula used in the treatment effectively removed stains that had been bothering me for years. What I appreciated most was how convenient the entire experience was—I was in and out of the dental office in no time. Thanks to Prosmile, I now feel much more confident about my smile, and the results have truly exceeded my expectations.

I recently had the pleasure of trying out the Pro Smile Whitening Kit, and let me tell you, I am absolutely thrilled with the results! As someone who has always been conscious about the shade of my teeth, this kit has truly been a game-changer for me.

First and foremost, the application process was incredibly simple and hassle-free. The kit comes with clear and easy-to-follow instructions, making it a breeze to use in the comfort of my own home. The whitening gel itself is gentle yet effective, and I experienced no sensitivity or discomfort during or after the treatment.

What impressed me the most was the speed at which I noticed a difference in the color of my teeth. Within just a few uses, my smile began to transform into a noticeably brighter, whiter version of itself.

Another aspect that stood out to me was the quality of the Pro Smile Whitening Kit. The materials used are of high-grade and durable, ensuring that the kit is long-lasting and can be used for multiple treatments. The mouth tray provided was comfortable and fit perfectly, allowing for an even application of the whitening gel.

Furthermore, I appreciated the attention to detail in the packaging. The kit arrived neatly organized and securely sealed, giving me confidence in the brand's commitment to delivering a premium product.
