Very professional service from Tom, Stu and the team at Proseptic during design and installation of new waste treatment system. Would happily recommend.

Luke and his team were the most efficient, hard-working and genial chaps that we've ever encountered! Despite extremely hot weather and heavy work, even when they had to deal with our rising water table turning the tank over, they kept at it with great humour! They left the site better than when they found it and liaised with us at all stages. I could not recommend the company any higher, everyone we dealt with was professional and cheerful.

Proseptic replaced an old cesspit with a new sewage system in July, and made it a very easy process for us. The company worked seamlessly to deliver the solution: from Tom with the site survey & design, to Sarah & the operations team who managed deliveries / collections and kept us updated, to Luke and the team on the ground doing the actual installation and commissioning of the new system. The site was left in great condition, just needing time for grass seed to grow. The fixed quote generated from site survey was the final charge - no hidden surprises.
Overall the streamlined installation process really showed the benefit of Proseptic's expertise and experience in these types of specialised relatively one off drainage solutions.

Everyone from reception to accounts to the guys doing the work were polite and helpful. The work was completed a little late but that was because of late deliveries from other companies. We were kept up to date with everything. The garden was protected so minimal damage and all was made good. Very happy with Proseptic.

The work was done promptly and neatly; the installation team (Nick and Darren) did a great job in difficult circumstances, and the administrative side has been handled very efficiently.

Careful reading and cross checking was done for several potentials, and Prosepitic were chosen on a basis of cost and professionalism.
After a site visit, the type of drainage field was determined.

Proseptic have been fantastic in helping us through a stressful job. Tom explained all our options and gave comprehensive quotes. Works had to be paused halfway through for water board and neighbour discussions, which proseptic helped us navigate. We had two teams on site for the two parts of the job; both were very tidy, efficient and knowledgeable. Would happily use them again
