I'm totally disgusted by this app query support and customer support, there also have a telegram channel featured by them, which is governed by some of their admins called " Pro reward helpers " They are not support even through they promise to help in track in task they provide no assistance and at last they said to raise query but the reward is not never credit even after a clear declaration to wait for 7 days, it's totally scam, theres are too many victims like me shouting in that group their task never tracked, they loss money on trade ,task but the reward is not credited, that's so disappointing, while the group admins rather than support they block the person from group

Nowadays the survey partners on Prorewards just collect your private information and disqualify you. I have seen it many times! Unomer is a legit servey partner, they always qualify you, but their surveys aren't available much, it comes sometimes like 2-3 Unomer surveys per 5-6 days. Common problem i face on Prorewards is, #1- Apps partner doens't have a proper tracking system, and there is always a delay in reward. #2- Customer support persons dont help you out most of the times.

The company claims that survey coins get approved within 45–60 days, but that’s completely false.
It’s been 82 days, and my coins are still showing as pending. I’ve tried contacting support multiple times, but they just ignore the issue or give vague replies.

This kind of delay and lack of response is really frustrating. If they can’t stick to their own timeline, they shouldn’t make such claims in the first place. Very disappointed with the overall experience.
