I have been trading with OANDA Prop Trader for several months. However, recently the operation has been very slow. I passed the two-step challenge and was informed that verification would take 1–3 business days. It has now been about a week and there has been no activation or visible progress.

I am writing this honest review as feedback in the hope that the company will address this delay and improve the speed of its processes, which would also help enhance the overall credibility of the program.

Before buying the challenge, I checked the 1-star reviews and honestly hoped I would never end up in the same situation — especially with the strict risk-management program I use. But one bad day was enough to put me in this terrible experience.

My account (#55360) was closed instantly for “max daily loss,” yet the numbers don’t add up at all. They claimed my equity hit $4,862.74, while my dashboard clearly shows the lowest equity was around $4,925.30 — nowhere near their reported value. Even the loss shown for that day doesn’t support their claim.

I contacted them immediately with proof, but they haven’t sent a single reply, not even a confirmation that they’re reviewing the case. It took them seconds to close my account, but days later they still can’t respond.

Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. I really regret trusting this prop firm.
