It is so refreshing to experience such fantastic all round customer service. I was kept fully informed at every step of the way by Nicole and Lauren who were a delight to deal with. It has been some years since I last applied for a mortgage (a lot has changed!) but at no point did I feel overwhelmed. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending!

I recently used Propp to organise both a bridging loan and a buy-to-let mortgage. Firstly, a big thank you to Brad in the bridging team, who guided me through the initial stages with great knowledge and efficiency. Once things moved towards completion, Megan, Harriet and especially Tevfik (on specific lender insight) were all fantastic — always responsive, proactive, and genuinely on top of every detail to keep things moving smoothly.
When I had to move to a BTL mortgage, the real standout for me was Paul, the Managing Director. His involvement and oversight throughout the process gave me complete confidence that everything was being handled to the highest standard. It’s rare to see that level of personal commitment from senior management these days.
Propp made what could have been a stressful and complex process feel straightforward and well-organised. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for bridging or BTL finance — professional, transparent, and a pleasure to deal with.

We are so thankful to Abbie and Keira for all their incredible help arranging our bridging loan. They were professional, so supportive, and amazing from start to finish. They both worked so hard to help us achieve our goal of purchasing our property at auction. It is totally down to Abbie and Keira that we met the deadline for completing . I had the pleasure of dealing with Caroline Caton and Jordan Moore. Jordan handled our case for a 2nd charge to help consolidate debt and get additional borrowing. From the start Jordan was very informative and clearly detailed about the entire process end to end. Where I struggled to get additional borrowing elsewhere, Jordan did her upmost best to get us to the position where we had an offer. The process took a little longer (which was on our end, nothing to do with Propp) but the moment we had everything in place it literally took 3 weeks to get documents and complete. Amazing experience and would highly recommend Propp!

Fantastic mortgage broker. I needed a second charge mortgage to consolidate some credit card debts that has spiralled over the years . My existing mortgage lender had turned down my application for additional borrowing to my consolidate debts - due to my high credit card utilisation (make sense of that?!?). Propp were great. I received the right advice. And I had my loan within a few weeks. Credit cards all paid off now and I can relax again. I wish I’d not waited so long to find an alternative second charge lender. Jordan at Propp was amazing. She made the process so easy and I felt zero judgement. Thanks

Propp were very helpful, kind and did what they said they would. The only downside, was the lenght of time it took to get the mrotgage.
