I contacted Property Rescue one afternoon to investigate the possibility of obtaining an offer for a property I have inherited. Emelio called straight back to arrange a call to go through the details. Having discussed the property and the area Property Rescue came back the same day with a proposal and clear explanation of the basis of their offer. Their service is very professional indeed. I called Property Rescue to try and sell my tenanted property quickly as the tenants had refused to move out. I spoke to 2 people including Zelda who were both very understanding , empathetic and helpful. They very apologetically informed me that their company doesnt buy tenanted properties and suggested other places I could try. They even wished me luck. Amazing customer service.

After reading positive reviews regarding Property Rescue decided to give them a go in respect to selling a property which belonged to my deceased dad. From the start, Emelio was the guy who talked me through the whole process, really professional but affable as well. Initial offer was a less than expecting but there was no hidden agenda which was really appreciated.

A very deceptive company that acts as a middleman between estate agents / developers and clients. Property Rescue will target the vulnerable and evaluate their properties based on inaccurate information taken from other properties in the area. Eg if you are selling a 3 bed flat with river view and underground parking, it will take a 1 bed or studio in the same development with courtyard views and no parking and make you an offer 40% below the market rate. I think Property Rescue acts similar to an auction house when properties have to go through a sale due to repossession or probabe. It’s not your normal estate agent so pls be careful. It will entice you with “ perks “ such as paying your legal fees and a cash offer. Realistically, legal fees really are not that much. £1800-£2000 at most but this is one of their selling points
