I'm a bit worried that PropertyPricer reports are not really prepared by a certified or licensed property valuer, HOWEVER I found the customer service was first class (the best I've encountered for a long time); the report provided was detailed and accurate (far better than you'd get from a RE agent appraisal); and their pricing for a desktop Retrospective property valuation was great. I'd definitely recommend them and would use them again myself (but still have the nagging thought about professional qualifications).
I cannot fault anything with the friendly customer service, prompt delivery of the reports as well as the value for money pricing. However...
I was informed by ATO that "Desktop" valuation reports are not accepted for CGT calculations purposes. Onsite inspections are required.

He responded promptly to my time-sensitive request and clearly communicated the expected turnaround timeframe. When Ross advised that the residential retrospective valuation would be completed within 72 hours — even though it fell over a weekend — he delivered exactly as promised.
The retrospective report was provided efficiently and professionally, and the pricing was very competitive compared to other providers I considered. The fee charged was fair and represented excellent value for the level of service received.
I am very pleased to have found Property Pricer and would not hesitate to recommend Ross to anyone requiring a reliable and responsive valuation service.
