At property investors network (pin), we believe that anyone can build long-term wealth through property, with the right knowledge, support, and mindset. Founded in 2003 by Simon Zutshi, experienced investor and author of Property Magic, pin was created to help people just like you whether you're completely new to property or already on your way to invest with more confidence, clarity, and community. Our mission is to empower everyday people to become successful property investors, regardless of their starting point. Through a mix of in-person networking events, online training, practical workshops, and expert coaching, we aim to make the often confusing world of property investing more accessible and less overwhelming. Every month, hundreds of like-minded investors attend our local pin meetings across the UK, where they connect, share ideas, and learn from each other in a supportive, no-pressure environment. These meetings are the heart of our community, and for many, they’re the starting point of something life-changing. We also run a range of hands-on training programmes designed to help you take real action. Whether you're looking to secure your first deal or scale up a portfolio, you’ll find practical tools and expert guidance to help you move forward. But more than anything, we’re about people. We care deeply about helping you create a future you’re excited about, one where your investments support the lifestyle and freedom you’re working towards. Join our community of passionate, proactive investors. Learn with us. Grow with us. And let’s make property investing work for you.

Update: A positive step towards resolution
Following my original review, a member of the Property Investors Network team contacted me personally. They apologised for my experience and confirmed that my full refund of £2,997 had been processed, with the funds expected within 3–5 working days.
I genuinely appreciate them taking the time to contact me and address my concerns.
I would also like to express my genuine respect for Simon, the founder, and the work he is doing to educate and support people on their property investment journeys. I believe in what he is building and had always hoped to develop a long-term relationship with Property Investors Network.
Leaving my original review was the last thing I wanted to do. All I wanted was clear communication and to understand the company's position on my refund request so that I could make an informed decision about how to proceed.
I am grateful that someone from the team has now reached out and taken steps to put things right. I hope we can move forward positively, and I appreciate the professional and understanding way the matter has been handled.

Hi Alice,
Thank you for your kind words about Simon and the work we do at property investors network.
We're really pleased that we've been able to speak with you personally and resolve the situation.
We sincerely apologise again for the frustration and unnecessary stress caused by the lack of communication. You should never have had to chase us for a response, and we fully acknowledge that we fell short of the standard of service we aim to provide.
We can confirm that your full refund has now been processed. Please allow 5–7 working days for the funds to appear back in your account.
We genuinely appreciate your understanding and your willingness to move forward positively. Your feedback has been taken seriously, and we're reviewing our internal processes to ensure situations like this are handled more effectively in future.
Thank you again for your patience and for recognising the work we do to support property investors. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you to one of our events in the future.
Kind regards,
The property investors network Team

Property Magic Live is so much more than a property event.
I first attended last year as a very nervous newcomer, full of dreams and determination but not really knowing how I was going to get there. I came back this year and genuinely couldn’t believe how much had changed in 12 months.
The education is brilliant, but for me it’s the people, the connections and the energy in the room that make PML so special. I’ve learned, laughed, been challenged, made some fantastic connections and come away with even more determination to keep taking action.
If you’re sitting on the fence wondering whether to go next year, get off the fence. You never know where one weekend might lead.
Five stars from me. See you at PML 2027! 🏡⭐
