I just like anyone else could make a fortune if I had as many subscribers as you know, I could take a selfie and say the reason I’m “this fit” and say the reason is because I take whatever I put into those pills or whatever powder I want that no one checks is in those pills and I could sell it and become a multimillionaire and no one checks within it. I could call in miracle formula as long as I don’t make a claim that it treats a specific medical condition that requires the treatment of a medical doctor. I can just put buzzwords on it so instead of saying, this helps your depression. I can just say buzz words like depression immunity support, just using buzz words like feel good happy natural and from there I can sell it and we don’t have to get any approval and don’t have to clear anything through the FDA. This is the wellness industry at its finest

The protein is created with the idea of quality. While the ingerdients are verified, the protein falls way short of being good. It stays climpy in my mixer and turns into a froth that lasts literally all day. Gives me very bad gas because of it.
On top of this, their return policy is predatory. Subscription packages are non refundable. This is clearly a yrap to force people into paying full price for a product they want to try for a while, but end up not liking.
Misleading return policy
They advertise a 90-day return policy but that is not accurate. The 90-day return policy does not apply if you buy with a discount and they make it so that basically everybody buys everything with a discount. Thus there is really no 90 day return policy. I had an allergic reaction to one of their products and they still wouldn't let me return it.
Deceptive company with poor quality items, avoid avoid avoid
The company uses outsourced customer service and deceptive bait and switches to deny customers of guarantees. Luckily, I documented the fact that they changed their return policy AFTER I made the purchase (deceptive), then used it to deny my claim, which has given me enough documentation to trigger a chargeback (thank you Chase!)
I'm also having their products tested in a local 3rd party lab because the items gave me bad reactions that I've never had with other brands. If anything is awry, then I'll be pursuing legal action with the FDA (Google "Supplement complain steps FDA").

This company is so unprofessional and lie on their website with their 90 day guarantee- i tried to return because the product was disgusting and I just couldn't drink it only had two packets and they said the 90 day guarantee doesn't apply if you used a discount- what kind of bs is that!! I have had several encounters with Promix and enjoy their clean products. What i don't enjoy is their lack of professionalism, customer service or accountability. I have had packages/orders go missing (which they luckily replaced after accusing me of having the item), recieved open product and now, items that are spoiled and turned solid as a rock, a year and a half before their expiry date and they refuse to honor it.
Stopped responding via email, and repeatedly stated that the shelf life vs expiry date is not valid. They only guarteen their items to last 90 DAYS OF PURCHASE and don't acknowledge the expiration date posted on their items.
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT (Blood Flow). If you do not use it within 90 days, the item will solidify into a rock. THEIR NINETY DAY GUARANTEE POLICY HAS NOTHING TO DO IF THE ITEM IS EFFECTIVE IN EVERYTHING I DON'T HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE SHELF LIFE. I reached out to customer service to see if they would be able to send a replacement for the faulty product, seeing as the EXPIRY DATE states August 2026. Even though the expiration date listed on the bottle says 2026 the company does not guarantee that it will last that long. They only qaulifu items eithin 90 days. To me this is false advertising. I have shopped with promix many times in the past And am forever shocked and disappointed, and by the lack of professionalism, accountability lack of scientific evidence of shelf life versus expiry date, and overall lack of quality of service. Wasted a whole $150 on this item, along with 2 Beets Jar (which I also have factory sealed, that also hardened into a rock). The company claims that there is silica within the powder to prevent it from it forming into a rock. However, if the item is able to spoil after 90 days into a rock, imagine what it's doing inside of your body. Horrible product horrible company and horrible service. They stopped responding after I questioned their lack of shelf life right versus expiration date and refuse to offer any sort of compensation that equated to the amount purchased (even a store credit).

Note that if you purchase an item with a discount code you cannot return it. Nowhere do they tell you this during the whole buying experience.

Outstanding customer service. I made an error ordering, and, within a few hours, AND, on a holiday weekend, I was emailed a response that was beyond my expectations. Above and beyond service.
Horrible Product, Horrible Customer Service
I bought their whey protein mix and it tasted disgusting along with the packaging not being able to close. I wrote a 1 star review and they deleted it, and reached out to me via email saying that I was unable to return it because I had a subscription, and that I could transfer the protein into a different bag. They were dismissive and condescending.
Positive customer service experience
I’ve been drinking this protein for months and have always enjoyed it—especially the vanilla flavor. This time, though, the taste was off and didn’t match the usual quality. Initially, customer service wouldn’t let me return it or issue a refund, which was disappointing.
However, after explaining the situation in detail, they did issue a refund. I really appreciate that they ultimately made it right. The grass-fed whey protein itself tastes great, is high-quality, and affordable. I just think their customer service could use some improvement. In the end, I commend them for resolving the issue.
Broken frother after 4 months of use
Bought their frother in January. It broke 4 months later (this past weekend). I reached to see what could be done since that it a very short time period for a $30 frother to last.
I was told there was nothing that could be done since it was purchased more than 90 days ago.

The standard of non-transparency
Incredibly rude customer service and Sarah needs no introduction, but non-transparency in a company that boasts about their transparency? They refused to provide farm to bag traceability even through their 1 ingredient whey specifically mentions it on the bag. They also stopped responding when I asked them about the difference between their one ingredient and the regular (with soy lecithin) whey. I’ve emailed back thrice to no avail.

The WORST customer service I have ever experienced, particularly if you are dealing with 'Sarah'. I used to enjoy their products but after this I will NEVER be buying from them again.

I gave PROMIX Nutrition a shot, and it was one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. This company is dishonest, deceptive, and impossible to deal with. They steal your money, refuse to refund missing orders, and sell a product that doesn’t even work.
First issue: No confirmation, no tracking.
When I placed my first order, I never received an email confirmation, receipt, or tracking number. The only reason I even knew my order shipped was because I used Apple Pay, which auto-tracked my purchase. If I hadn’t, I wouldn’t have had any way of knowing what was happening with my order.
Then, they charged me AGAIN—without my consent.
I noticed a second charge on my bank account for another order that I never placed and never agreed to. They forced me into a subscription without my knowledge, and when I reached out to customer service to ask about it:
• They refused to provide proof that I had signed up for a subscription.
• They dodged my questions and kept deflecting instead of giving clear answers.
• They blamed me for not managing my subscription—while also making it impossible to access or cancel it.
Then, they never even sent the second order.
They charged me without my permission, refused to refund me, and never even shipped what I paid for.
Customer service is useless.
• Jonathan was at least polite, but being nice doesn’t fix a shady company.
• Marissa was completely dismissive, avoided every concern, and refused to acknowledge their deceptive practices. Instead of helping, she just talked in circles and refused to take accountability.
The product itself? Terrible.
On top of all of this, the product is awful.
• It did not mix well at all.
• The taste was okay, but the effects were horrible. It’s marketed as something that’s supposed to be easy on the stomach, but instead, it gave me:
• Severe constipation
• Extremely bad gas
• Stomach discomfort instead of relief
Final warning:
• If you like being charged for things you never ordered, buy from them.
• If you don’t mind paying for a shipment that never arrives, go ahead.
• If you enjoy drinking something that wrecks your stomach, this is the product for you.
Otherwise, run. PROMIX Nutrition is a scam, and their product is just as bad as their customer service. There are plenty of companies with actual quality products and honest business practices—this isn’t one of them.

When reaching out to make a return because the products I ordered did not live up to their claims, they actually deleted my account so that it was impossible for me to make a return. Not only did I have to spend 10 hours feeling like crap from one of their drinks but could not get a refund despite the website claiming everything’s guaranteed for 90 days. And never in my life have I witnessed such shady business practices.

I LOVE that they use whey protein *isolate,* as some other companies tout the benefits of their protein without mentioning it is whey protein concentrate.
So far my favorite product is their mint chocolate protein puff bars. Lower in sugar/calories, higher in protein, and higher quality protein compared with the protein bars I'd been eating for years. Had one of the puff protein bars today before my strength workout and it totally satisfied.
Bottom line: I trust this company and the quality of their products. I'll be buying from them again.

BAD PRODUCT, WORSE customer service. The product hurt my sensitive stomach and I specifically bought it from the website in case I had to return it and I couldn't because I bought it on a subscription. VERY MISLEADING. Gross flavor, unmixable, I would 100% go with a different brand.

The whey protein isolate is AWFUL! Do not waste $50+ on this. They will not let you return if you ordered with a subscription. Poor customer service to only allow returns on non prescription orders. Makes ZERO sense.
