Called in to the shop to pick some rollerskates for my daughter, the team were brilliant, fitting the skates which actually ended up being a different size than what I would have ordered online. Great experience and really friendly, independent shop. Please show them your support.

I came into the store a complete newbie wanting to buy my first quad skates. I had a few options in mind from information I'd gathered from the internet. But this changed as Steve kindly but determinedly helped me to try on an extensive array of skates!
Different makes and sizes, nothing was too much for him to find the perfect fit.
After all this, I've come away with all the protection gear I need and an order for the correct size skates for me. Thank you so much Steve!
If you're looking for skates, I'd definitely recommend coming here to try all the options and get some good advice.

Was a bit apprehensive about using this company given some of the reviews on here but my experience was very good. Ordered an S1 helmet and a trampoline scooter, and the correct products arrived two days later, no problem whatsoever.

If I could give them a zero, I would. Ordered the lovely Moxi Ivy Jungle skates, which are stunning. Website said a UK3 which they said was a moxi 5. I didn't think anything of it until going onto the actual Moxi brand website where their size guide says a UK size 3 is a moxi 4. Proline skates got defensive and have since refused a refund or return due to them being opened. I emailed Moxi and they confirmed that a UK 3 would be a moxi 4. So Proline Skates are falsely advertising sizing and do not bother to reply to further emails.

I sent back my son faulty item still in good condition after only 10 minutes of use, my son had to be taken to hospital as a result of this faulty item.
They said that the item had severe damage when they received it which was false as I took pictures before sending it back, they refused to give me a refund and kept the item on top of that as I’m sure they will sell it to someone else.

Scammers, not a caring company and they steal from you on top of that.

Avoid them and buy your stuff elsewhere.
I wish I could give a minus zero star as they don’t deserve any.

Excellent customer service. Had to call shop twice as our firewall stopped payment, and they answered immediately both times and were very helpfull .. re-ordered via PayPal yesterday and scooter arrived today. Really great quality and one happy Grandson. Well done Proline would deffo recomend 👌👍

DO NOT USE! Parcel apparently was delivered on 1st December, no sign of it. Try to call the company but of course none of the delinquents bother answering the phone. Avoid at all cost, thank good for bank disputes! You can shove you shoes where the in don’t shine, scum!

Ordered a scooter which came and had a mark on it they took it to shop offered a exchange straight away Staff could not help enough showed me other scooters at cheaper prices I'm really amazes this is how customer service should be. Highly reckomend and will be purchasing my stuff from there in future

Pre-purchase enquiry was very helpful. Super quick delivery and I really mean it (basically overnight). The skates I bought for my kid and myself are branded, so don't expect any quality issues. Gladly give Proline Skates 5* for retail.

Ordered some Bauer ice hockey Skates a few days ago from these guys. Easily ordered in less than 5 minutes from finding the perfect pair to having it sorted and invoiced with a receipt immediately to my email. Super quick delivery, they use DHL which was a huge bonus too with DHL's seperate tracking via the store and with their own continuous email/text message updates on delivery every step. First time i've ordered from this place and i can't fault it at all. I live in Sheffield, South Yorks, looked around online for a reliable place even though we have a specialist hockey shop here...this place was still the obvious choice for repeat purchases for allsorts from the off

I have to say 5/5 PERFECT!!! Ordered a new skating bag - this time going for a backpack style since the one I have is a shoulder one strap bag, which is very annoying and hurt since all the weight is on one shoulder. I ordered the Edea Libra backpack which was the best decision I have ever made!!!! Also ordered Edea socks x 2 and Seal Soakers, all arrived very quickly! Ordered on 3/1/22, and received on 5/1/22 via DHL! All was perfect and I'm super happy!! Also, I took advantage of their New Years 10% off code. Will be back in the near future.

Terrible. Bought a skateboard for my 8 year old son. Was out of stock so received a different one. Fine. 3 weeks later the board has split and frayed. I asked for a replacement since under consumer law it should last at least 6 months. I was told it must be miss-use so no. My son is a beginner. Taking this further.

I ordered my pair of skates online and they arrived the next day in perfect condition. Excellent service!

First time ordering from this company and even though the delivery service from DHL was poor, Proline Skates customer service was excellent.

I was expected to receive the goods last Thursday but DHL didn't deliver, claimed they couldn't find me. So I rescheduled for Friday yet they said I refused and the image was at their depot!

I called proline skates straight away and the gentleman whom I spoke to was very understanding and looked into it for me. He advised me that if DHL did not deliver Monday then he would send another pair out via DPD instead.

Thankfully DHL delivered today (Monday) and all is fine. I'm extremely happy with my skates and I cannot fault the excellent customer services that proline provided.

Never recieved the order and they dont answer e-mails ! This is pure scam dont buy at all.
