What went completely wrong is that I placed an order on the 25th May and I'm still waiting for it on the 16th June.
Several emails and life chats with zero response. I eventually got hold of someone on the 31st May ,given a full refund and promised that my purchase would be sent out promptly the next day .Still waiting. I've always purchased pro life through Gemporia and never had an issue. After reaching out again I've heard nothing .Totally inadequate customer service care .Gave 2 stars for the refund

When I first wrote to u both explaining my allergies to 2 of the items that I always used, I didn't expect a reply. But, u did and let me no other things I cud try and that the Amber hand cream that I love love was in stock on the website. I didn't get my order despite paying £300, I have emailed and called them several times without a reply. Avoid at all costs.

I've had this product several times, and found it works quickly to reduce my anxiety, reduces pain, relaxes and lifts my mood. I only take one or two drops per day and know I can safely take more if necessary. It's the best quality CBD oil and I always recommend it to friends.

Considered purchase - but I have seen and felt a difference in the knuckles of my hands - I have been using it for about 2 weeks and it took about a week for it to work and for me to realise that my fingers weren't hurting as much - it means that I can still knit and sew and craft without the discomfort thank you

Easy to order product online. Delivery is very slow nearly 2 weeks. I had to send an email to ask prolife CBD when my product was going to be delivered

First time buying from this company, great service and arrived on time. I love this bath oil, my partner usually buys it me for christmas but I had run out, so glad I've found it, this stuff smells divine and definitely soothes my aching joints. I use a capful once a week and it lasts ages.
