Clear, simple, and easy to use

I’ve had a really good experience with Projectworks. Once we got everything set up the way we wanted it, it just made day-to-day work easier. I can see what’s happening across projects without digging through spreadsheets, and the team has a much clearer picture of who’s doing what.

For me personally, the biggest win has been timesheets, they’re quick to do and I’m not doing the usual end-of-week scramble anymore. The new redesign is great too. It feels fresh and even easier to navigate.

There are a few things you need to think through when setting it up, and we’ve changed how we use certain features over time, but it’s been simple enough to adjust.

Overall, Projectworks has taken a lot of admin and guesswork off my plate, and it’s made our workflows much smoother.

Finally the Right Tool!

My nonprofit consulting firm is in our 2nd year of using ProjectWorks. We have experienced several other platforms, but none of those has really matched our needs. ProjectWorks has really solved many of my firms issues around project management, project margins, and time tracking. Additionally, the tech support team is actually knowledgeable and helpful! The support team will keep on a problem until a resolution is determined. If a "work around" is required, they give clear details on what will be best for your specific needs. ProjectWorks is also making periodical updates- all of which have continue to improve the interface and flexibility for the client.

Effortless Invoicing and Xero Integration

I like that it just works; we can generate invoices almost instantly after completion of timesheets; it integrates very well with Xero, our accounting software.

Good fit for our small consulting firm.

Our small consulting firm uses projectworks primarily for time recording and invoicing, with integration to xero. We use some of the staff resourcing and cashflow forecasting, but haven't really got into the depths of job profitability analysis that it offers. We picked projectworks because it offered all the functionality of our previous platform, as well as a bunch more. I particularly like the multi-currency support (which integrates with xero).

Perfect for our growing business with great customer service

This tool is perfect for our business needs, providing us with flexibility and scalability as we grow. It has all the functions we need to manage our projects and resourcing. It connects seamlessly with our other business systems and tools, including our accounting and CRM platforms.
The customer service has been incredible, from the demonstration through to ongoing support and advice.
