Bom a mesa é bacana me pagou o primeiro saque já faz alguns dias, mais como cliente acredito que tem que ser feito algumas melhorias.
Começando que eles disponibilizam algumas contas no mesmo cpf quando comprei até 3 mesas de 200 mil dólares, porém não unifica as contas e não aceita copy na mesa sendo assim horrível pois como operar 3 mesas simultaneamente ?
Deveria unificar o saldo em uma única conta seria perfeito, algumas concorrentes fazem desta maneira.
Um outro ponto negativo é saque a cada 30 dias acho que deveria melhor isso.
Para ser 5 estrelas acredito que em meu ponto visto com esses dois itens acima poderia se considerar 5

Empresa Péssima sem clareza
Empresa Péssima, no site oficial diz que permite EA des de que não use Arbitragem, nas políticas diz que não permite Grid entre contas, porém Baniram duas contas Minhas sem nenhum fundamento, não fiz GRID e eles insistem que eu Fiz, me baniram sem provas Solidas.
Detalhe eles não provam nada. Mandam prints sem detalhamento, e se recusam a explicar, pois não existe explicação, GRID é um Padrão, eles não encontram Padrão em minhas ordens, e não tem capacidade para dialogar, apenas fazer banimentos e reter dinheiro das pessoas. Péssima empresa!

I was using a trading EA on the live account, which is allowed, which follows all company rules, and they banned my account claiming copy trading, I sent them screenshots of my MetaTrader, proving that the orders were opened by the EA on my account, sent the EA that was running on my account to them by email along with the settings, provided them access to my VPS so they could see for themselves that at no time was copy trading used on the account, and the only answer they gave was “the decision is made, your account has been banned” and I have all the proof that I didn't break any rules, and didn’t have use copy trading, so be careful when get a evaluation with them, because they simply block you with false claims and they steal your money, I understand that mistakes happen, so if it is a serious company and I am open for you to correct the error, return my account, formalize an apology and I would be rectifying with he review here.

Meu segundo mês em conta real, no primeiro não recebi devido a regra de volume, me informaram corretamente como funcionava me adaptei as regras da empresa, no segundo mês foi tudo perfeito, recebi em 4 dias após minha solicitação, até o momento a empresa parece bem promissora, poderia melhorar em relação ao payout de 70%(eu particularmente acho bem baixo) e tbm fazer pagamentos quinzenais. Suporte nota 10, sempre fui rapidamente atendida. Estou muito contente e até o momento recomendo sim a ProForex...
