Finalmente tive meu primeiro saque, teve uma esquema demora, mas o Marcel entrou em contato no WhatsApp explicando o motivo e me aclamou, achei que seria mais uma scam, mas além de me pagarem, fiquei muito feliz com o tratamento que tive do suporte, sempre atenciosos atualizando a solicitação do saque, me senti muito importante, se você está procurando uma empresa séria que se preocupa com os clientes, essa aqui é que eu indico.

Depois de tanto procurar finalmente encontrei uma mesa séria, que paga seus clientes e tem um suporte que nunca deixa você sem respostas e faz de tudo para ajudar você, você tem um contato mais humano com eles, o próprio gerente de contas Marcel falou comigo quando tive problemas na conta e ele me ajudou muito, quando o suporte do e-mail e ticket não conseguem mais resolver, eles passam para um superior e ele entra em contato por WhatsApp, nunca tinha visto isso, achei incrível e de uma excelente comunicação, já indiquei pra 5 amigos, 3 deles já sacaram também e 2 estão em avaliação, pode confirmar na PFF, não é mais uma scam.

Mesa cheia de regras que nao ficam bem especificas, voce faz dinheiro e eles nao te pagam, se voce faz mais dinheiro que deve eles te roubam o dinheiro e te aplicam uma punição de quebra de consistencia, demora no pagamento, voce tem limite de operacoes por dia, voce fica proibido de operar enquanto nao recebe ou seja tudo no tempo deles..Nao indico para nenhum trader que seja serio, se quer mesa de qualidade pule para as tops, essa aqui é fraca, ruim, suporte sempre em manutenção, atraso nas contas de teste, nada funciona, nao gastem seu dinheiro com esse lixo..
Preferi perder a conta e comprar em outra empresa mais seria e sugiro você que está lendo isso fazer o mesmo.

Empresa não está pagando
Fiz uma solicitação de saque dia 15/05. Eles dizem que em até 5 dias úteis analisam. Minha conta foi operada 100% no manual o que acelera ainda mais o processo para liberação do saque. Estou aguardando até hoje (02/06) e eles não me pagaram ainda e para completar minha conta está bloqueada desde o dia 10/05 o que me impede de realizar novos lucros. Eles selecionaram um pequeno grupo de pessoas para pagar e ter as boas recomendações, porém isso não acontece com todos. Palhaçada isso.

Gostaria de parabenizar ao time da Pro…
Gostaria de parabenizar ao time da Pro Forex pois foram brilhantes na parte de atendimento, sempre que solicitei o atendimento o mesmo impressionantemente foi feito de forma muito rápida e eficiente.
E também parabenizar pela clareza pois em minha primeira avaliação fui pego infligindo as regras de EA é realmente estava contrário as regras da mesa, no primeiro momento fiquei chateado porém de forma clara me mostraram meu equívoco.
E agora depois de dois meses fiz o meu primeiro saque pois segui todas as regras da Mesa, e mais uma vez foram muito eficientes no pagamento em minha Deel.
Desculpe aos atendentes que no primeiro momento fiquei bravo mesmo sem a razão 😂
