Be warned!I would give zero if i could, i made order for standard size frame 4 days ago and asked for any delivery update via email and had no response. I have called- went to gifgaf vm, messaged via whatsapp - no response. I need the frame within 1 week for the bedroom wall artwork as getting ready for the photos to put my place on the market for sale, so this was a terrible mistake to buy from this irresponsible, unreliable and possibly fraudulent company. Update 3/08/26- As my order was not even started on day 4 after purchase I have asked to cancel it and received confirmation it will be cancelled, I have asked when will I receive my refund and of course NO REPLY. Where is my money please? now I have no frame and no money! Update 08/08/26 Yesterday 5 working days passed since I was told my refund was processed, (my bank/card provider processes refunds within 5 days) yet no sign of my money. I emailed Tom asking for refund receipt to see the evidence - this should have been emailed to me at the outset - but I have not received a reply. to my request. I will wait a few more days and if no refund appears I am raising this as chargeback. Update 15/08/26 I finally got a reply to my refund receipt request but instead of what I requested I got a snip of their system screen showing my original purchase transaction and date with status showing as refunded, which appears to have only just been arranged, as at the same time I got the reply email from Tom my bank card transactions only just showed the refund processed on 15/08/26. I replied calling out the misleading and lying about earlier refund, and of course reply was Tom thought the refund was already processed and confirmed he only refunded me today. I would not believe 1 word of this company statements. My recommendation remains AVOID!

We have checked your order, which was placed on 29th July, and can confirm that it is currently in production. As stated on our website, our standard production lead time for standard-size frames is 2–4 working days before dispatch. At the time of your review, your order was still within this published timeframe.
We sincerely apologise if you did not receive a timely response to your enquiry. We understand how important communication is, especially when you are looking forward to receiving your order, and we are reviewing this to improve our customer service.
Your frame will be dispatched as soon as it has completed our quality checks, and we hope you will be pleased with the quality once it arrives.

As requested, your order was cancelled before dispatch and your full refund has already been processed. Please note that while refunds are processed by us immediately, it can take several working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you have not received the refund after your payment provider's processing timeframe, please contact us directly and we will be happy to investigate further.
