Delivery system is disaster

Stay away from this shop!!!! especially their AC units!!!! total disaster on installation and worse aftersales.

I ordered some products from ProChimps a few weeks ago and have been in contact with their support team multiple times regarding the delivery date. I was repeatedly told products would be shipped within two days, but two weeks have passed and nothing has been dispatched. Since then, they have stopped replying to my emails altogether. At this point, I have no idea if its will ever be shipped. It seems like they are selling products they don’t actually have in stock. Very unprofessional, I would not recommend this store.

I made a purchase and it has taken more than 6 days, I have been calling for more than 3 days asking for my package and they only answer that they are going to contact the person in charge of delivery and they will contact me to give me news and they never do.
I asked for a refund and their response was ‘wait 15min and call back to proceed’... I won't buy here again unless it's the last option, promotion but bad service.

Well your products are reasonable prices , the delivery was quicker than expected the only small thing that bothered me was if the driver could have help brought the delivery up to my apartment as I coincidentally had went to the shop for a bag of litter and when he saw me he just left the air fryer on the pavement and I had to carry that with a 15kg bag of cat litter 🤣. Seriously though other than that great and fast service.

Great experience. I purchased from prochimps for the first time, and their response was awesome. Unfortunately the item I ordered came damaged from packaging (item was sealed so they couldn't know) and they replied promptly on a Saturday afternoon and agreed to change it without any issues. Will surely purchase again from them. Delivery men are so nice as well. Will surely recommend them.

The blender we bought would not close properly. Took it back to the shop the very next day, salesman saying nothing wrong with it and that I should take it to the repair shop and not to the St venera store. After a lot of insistence he let me choose a different model that closed a lot better.

Delivery not as promised, again. Two appliances delivered without plug adapters (2 to 3 pin), which apparently is a legal requirement.

Perfect shopping experience，I received the freezer very quickly and the delivery person was very friendly
