I ordered a Procapture Outdoor sports camera from this company. They claim their Procapture camera is better than their competitor's product. What did they doliver? A Go Pro. Inside the bubble wrapped delivery envelope the box was torn open. The box itself was light cardboard with the clear plastic of a display box. Parts were missing. This company appears to be buying other companies' returned products and selling them on, with "Procapture" just a front. This company is not to be trusted. Google search backs the Procapture company, saying that the Procapture camera is superior to the Go Pro. Don't trust this, the company is not trading in good faith.

DO NOT BUY from this seller. I bought a $433 flash from them via Amazon. They sent me a photo of a box claiming delivery no signature no door bell rung and I was home all day. When asked for replacement or refund they asked for a police report and since it was such a high value item I took the hassle of filing the report and still crickets. ZERO resolution and no product or no refund.

Wouldn’t recommend buying new photo gear from this store. They put stickers directly on the item boxes. Customer service is quick to respond after a negative review, but they want me to pay return shipping...

An order was placed with pro cam without requesting signature delivery. We were out of the country and unable to receive this package. I had a neighbor leave a note on our door, authorizing the release however “Procam” would not release it . I then called them asking them to deliver it without a signature and they refused. While I certainly understand porch piracy, we live in a gated community and this package would have been completely safe. I explained this to them three times and they refused each time. Their customer service is horrendous, ignoring their customers desires, regarding how their packages should be delivered. Had I known they were going require a signature I would never have ordered from them. Next time listen to your customers. If you require a signature STATE THAT prior to taking anyone’s hard earned money.

Procam is a Rip-Off Artist! Stay away!

Unconscionability is a doctrine in contract law that describes terms that are so extremely unjust, or overwhelmingly one-sided in favor of the party who has the superior bargaining power, that they are contrary to good conscience.

(A) No supplier shall commit an unconscionable act or practice in connection with a consumer transaction. Such an unconscionable act or practice by a supplier violates this section whether it occurs before, during, or after the transaction.

(5) Whether the supplier required the consumer to enter into a consumer transaction on terms the supplier knew were substantially one-sided in favor of the supplier

I ordered 12x12 inch custom quilt squares. The colors were EXACTLY what I sent to them, the fabric is really great quality and my ordered arrived within a week. I called customer service, talked to a real person right off the bat who was kind and helpful. I VERY MUCH recommend this company. They are wonderful people and a wonderful company!

We bought a lens thru Amazon. The vendor is PROCAM. We returned the lens the same day as it was the wrong lens for my daughter’s camera. We were charged a re- stocking fee with the return. Amazon spoke to the vendor and he said it was used and all scuffed up. This owner of PROCAM is a SHYSTER. All we did was return it in the box to UpS the same day. It was neither used or scuffed up. I urged Amazon to drop this vendor. I suppose now the owner would do or say anything not to cover this charge. It goes to show you why a customer nowadays, in this world today, has no trust or faith in companies, or their owners or their employees.

Procam is like having an older brother you can go to for photography and lighting advice. If I need direction on a new light set up, stand, backdrop, lens, etc, I go there first. Focus issues, new camera, they are just so helpful and kind. I recommend them to anyone interested in photography from hobbyist to pro. They are so eager to help and truly care about the customer and helping them make informed decisions
