Wow - I'm delighted with my Pro Blo!! I purchased mine after my hairdresser used hers on my hair. She made it look so easy & the results were amazing. I ordered one & was delighted with the fast service & delivery. The quality is great & price too. Its so easy to use & I absolutely love the results, I can create gorgeous loose curls without any hassle. I LOVE IT ! I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to create curls in their hair.

Took my money for an order on the 22nd oct with 2-3 days delivery which I paid £3.99 for .
Still waiting for my order ! Refused a refund ! They are now saying it was a pre- order which it wasn't!
I want my money back!!!!!!

updated - I realised I needed 6 more barrels so emailed them and the arranged this for me. I seen some bad reviews so I asked re: delivery and it was next day unless medium as this is pre order so got the small size. which is best for me anyway because I like small tight bounce. I would say the large is not good for me because I have fine short hair but small looks very nice.

Placed order for my Mothers Birthday, had no idea what to get but the lady on the contact bit was lovely (i think was Lou) and advised me which one of the barrels would be best for her.
Anyway, arrived and she is so pleased with them.
Thank you for your help and making my mum feel like a million dollars.
Fab service and quick delivery.

I purchased the problo. I paid the standard delivery charge of 3.99. Once it arrived I had changed my mind so emailed them a d returned it unopened. As I was the one returning the item and to ensure they received the item I paid 8.99 postage. A few days later I received an email to say they re6the item and would refund me. When I looked at the breakdown I noticed they were going to deduct another 3.99. I emailed them and have been met with same response which makes no sense - in order for problo to deliver an item they charge postage. I explained numerous times and have been met by the same copy m paste email from Kristina. I have evasked for their complaint process and have heard nothing. I cannot understand why they would charge me a further 3.99 when they were simply refunding to my account. Whilst the product may be good the customer service team is far from that! It continues to be a nightmare.

Birthday money spent. I wasn’t sure what size barrel I needed so spoke to a lady online. Placed the order and it arrived quickly. I’m dead chuffed. Thank you. Everyone has commented on my curls xoxo

Spoke to Lou online before placing my order. Super helpful re barrel sizes so great customer service there. These were presents for my nieces and I’m out of the loop with current trends and wouldn’t have a clue. Quick delivery and two very happy nieces. Both said they were really happy with my purchase and I’m the best uncle! 10/10

So... Says 2 to 3 days delivery ...3 weeks and still nothing. I've sent e mails posted on socials honestly.ridiculous.... about to.camxel the order someone had better get in touch with me asap

So first of all I am told after waiting a week for my order that they weren’t in stock but conveniently suddenly are and will be sent. Arrived and there wasn’t even a bag to store them in as many videos on YouTube and social media show. The rollers themselves are so cheaply made, really poor quality, rip your hair out when removed and what makes all of this worse is that you can’t even return them if you’re unhappy with them. I’m convinced all these positive reviews must be fake.

loved the product very pleased with my brush rollers great results too. Not expensive either i bought 2 sets to get a variety of sizes.

Worth the wait ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ordered and waited very patiently. They arrived in the post and I was fresh out the shower so I cracked on and wow the best blowout Iv ever had and even beats the salon blow outs Iv had too. I purchased the smallest rollers as I have a chin length bob, will definitely get the next size as my hair grows out.
