UPDATE: What a Gong Show!!!
UPDATE: Three months on, this experience keeps going from Unimaginably Bad to Even Worse.
After the second set of wheels failed to arrive, i was asked if i wanted a replacement wheelset (the 3rd one now!) to be sent, and i reluctantly agreed. A few days later, Customer dis-Service refunded the front wheel and shipped a replacement rear wheel. Hello... i'm not riding a unicycle! one CS agent doesn't know what the other is doing, and they don't bother to read the msgs for the transaction. When i asked if they would send me a replacement front wheel at my original purchase price, they flatly refused. They also have't refunded my shipping cost, even tho the items were never delivered.
I WOULD NEVER, NEVER RECOMMEND BUYING FROM PBK TO ANYONE.
Hopefully, the replacement rear wheel also fails to arrive, so that i can get a refund, close my account, and NEVER, NEVER have to deal with PBK again!
What a Gong Show!!! I ordered a set of GRX RX 870 wheels from Pro Bike Kit on march 22, 2023. order showed dispatched on march 23rd, however when they hadn't arrived by april 22nd, i logged into my account and checked tracking. Royal Mail tracking showed the wheels were delivered on april 11th, except they hadn't been delivered. I contacted Pro Bike Kit, who after investigating with Royal Mail advised me that, despite the erroneous tracking info, the wheels had in fact been returned to sender. no explanation was given as to why. i was refunded my payment, and told to order again if i still wanted the wheels, which i did on april 26th. my order shows est. delivery of 2023-05-04 - 2023-05-10, so once again i logged into my account to check tracking. Royal Mail tracking shows only two entries, on april 27th and 28th, nothing further, so i reached out again to Pro Bike Kit to inquire about the shipment. again, no explanation was offered as to what went wrong, just an offer to refund my 2nd purchase, given the customary loss forms. I have now been at this for TWO MONTHS!!! What do i have to do to get a set of wheels delivered by Pro Bike Kit???

Timing of offer
Timing of offer, selection and pricing made my decision easy. Would have given 5 stars but the order completion had a hiccup requiring me to try different number and street combinations in 2 fields. Normally the address and street would be in the same field but not in this case. Lesson learned.

Hidden delivery cost?
No where along the order did it indicate the cost of delivery. The page where I put my credit card info said the delivery costs would be detailed at the next step. It did not. It completed the order.

Great prices and brands
Great prices and brands. Albeit the shipping and custom / clearing fees, Pro bike Kit remains ahead of the pack. Never had an issue either with DHL delivery service.
