Have been waiting over 5 weeks for my order. Never got a tracking number. Emailed and got no reply. Next step is a chargeback with my credit card company.
Edit: the company has responded and confirmed my order was lost in the mail, and has processed a full refund (thank you). Changing my rating from 1 star to 3 star. Had they responded to my initial email 2 weeks ago, and had their automated email at the time of shipping actually provided a tracking number (the tracking link just took me to their website without providing a tracking number) , I likely would have given a 4 or 5 star review.

Little experience shopping online
This website was relatively intuitive. However I had difficulty filling my cart with the quantity of the tyres I wished to order. That confusion led to my first order of only 4 tyres instead of 8. So I have to place a 2nd order which will result in duplicate shipping charge. Chalk this mistake up to my inexperience with online shopping ☹️

It’s always a 5 star for probikekit…
It’s always a 5 star for probikekit whenever I purchase cycling stuff but this time I’ll just give it a 4. The reason why is that one of my order still awaiting for a stocks but most probably that item might be refunded to me. I’d never had any issues with my orders before and in this case if there’s no more or a very limited number of any items it should be out of the website so it won’t cause any disappointment for all your customers.

Massive hidden taxes and duties
I had chosen the Canadian site for purchase. When items arrived, I was slapped with a massive tax and duty bill. There was no indication on the website or throughout the purchase process that this would happen. This is very misleading and I will never purchase an item from this site again.
