PJCC knows jet cards
PJCC does a great job of gathering all the information and putting it together for comparison based on the customer’s specific needs. We were pretty far along in the process when we subscribed to PJCC, and had previously held a jet card, however still found value in the information they provided as well as the phone consult. They helped us to secure a jet card that best suited our needs.

I know we went back and forth a bit, as it can be confusing with airport codes, so we wanted to ensure we were conducting the analysis based on the correct routes. Although you indicated on the request that you wanted a midsize jet, the company you spoke with only offers light jets. We also included that company, so you could compare. The analysis we provided was a starting point, and as we state, we are happy to work with subscribers to revise the analysis. We also provided you with options for both your Continental US flights and a program that works for both Hawaii and Europe. We will reach out to you and follow up, and we are happy to be of assistance. We offer pricing for over 1,000 program options and have made more than 100 updates this year. We are also happy to update our information if we have any incorrect details. Once again, I am truly sorry that you were disappointed, and we will work to make your experience better. Doug
