Very helpful and polite staff

Doctor was very professional and welcoming. He was very engaging and put my mind at ease when faced with in-depth questions that helped bring the experience to a happy and productive conclusion.

Thank you for the support you have given to my 23 year old son. The experience we have received is good. The only thing we found was the cost each month, with the appointment and the medication which comes to around £400 is alot money to find each month. Thankfully we can do a shared care with are GP after 4 moths which will be much more affordable.
My son is like a different person and now understands himself and his day to day life with his new medication.

It has been a great experience and excellent customer service. It is an expensive outlay but the difference it has made to my life being diagnosed and now medicated. After 3 months of stability I am now ready to be moved to shared care. 100% recommend Private ADHD

A really positive experience which was so quick and easy to navigate. After initial contact I was sent a link to fill in all the background information and forms they needed. After this I was given a date very quickly for assessment and got the final diagnosis and report 4 days later. All in all it took no longer than 10 days. Amazing service.

Obviously more expensive than using the NHS.
BUT...
What I've achieved in 3 weeks compared to 2 years is amazing.
Full survey of symptoms sent out immediately. Followed by extensive followup and booking of on-line clinical examination interview. Which lasted for over 2 hours going over the 50+ question pre-appointment deep-dive into my childhood and adult symptoms. (NHS is apparently 45mins-1hr.)
The treatment pathways were then clearly described and the costs were laid out clearly.

Had a great assesment with Huzaifa who was very knowledgable and understanding.

Extremely quick prescription writing, processing, and delivery - exceptional.
ADHD practitioner is a GP, rather than a HCP, and it was therefore possible to have a very broad clinical consultation.
Practitioner was knowledgeable, demonstrated empathy, and very easy to connect with. He spoke softly at a very appropriate speed, and did not mind being interrupted - exceptionally good.

We had a consultation with Naeem Seth today. He was extremely knowledgeable about ADHD and understanding of our concerns. He showed a lot of empathy and treated us with respect, which we really appreciated as we did not know what to expect. Communication has been very effective from PrivateADHD Ltd. They have made my ADHD diagnosis so easy and quick. From the initial appointment to getting medication it has been smooth and efficient. The professionals are knowledgeable and friendly and so far everything had been great.
Firstly I had a call over the phone to discuss why they thought I needed an assessment, then the video call for the assessment which I was nervous but they made me feel reassured gave me breaks when I needed and then gave me my results at the end and sent them all in writting at the end. And now im having monthly reviews on medication to see which is best to suit me. This has all happened over 6 weeks from start until now. Ive been on the NHS waiting list for over 3 years now and still nothing.

I have recommended it to a friend who’s struggling.
The Dr was very easy to talk to and I was able to be very open with him in a honest and non judgmental way.
He put me at ease straight away.
They asked me questions about my childhood that I had forgotten but having the space to say it reaffirmed what I already knew.
They are friendly, factual and person centred.
They keep in touch with you by telephone gently reminding you to fill in forms before your assessment which off course I’d forgotten to fill in!
My overall experience has been so positive and I’m so glad I trusted them.

Really understanding I re booked my assessment several times and they were great help with any questions I had regarding the paperwork. Assessment itself felt very none judgmental, compassionate and professional. My assessment was with Waseem Shahid. Highly recommend.

Really great, informative and interesting course. Dr Pav was an engaging and knowledgeable speaker. I'm really glad I was recommended this course and cannot recommend it enough. I did both the diagnosis and management courses. Currently an NHS doctor and looking forward to expanding my career and joining private adhd.

I had my assesment with Waseem Shahid. The whole process was very straight forward and the assesment was very thorough. Waseem was also very easy to talk to and made me feel very validated. The assesment lasted about 1 hour 30 mins and i got my diagnosis at the end of it. As someone from Northern Ireland id fully recommend PrivateADHD as they process is easy to understand and everything is over video chat so no need to travel

I found the ADHD Specialist Training Certification course very informative, clearly delivered, and genuinely engaging. The content was well structured and easy to follow, and it has added meaningfully to my knowledge. I would highly recommend it to anyone considering taking it.
