I have tried just about every online casino that is allowed in California , I play almost daily across multiple sites. And this is by far thw worst of the worst. They are as SHADY AND CROOKED AS THEY COME!!!!!! SCAAAAAAAMMMMM!!!!!

So I received a $100 Player Appreciation code from this site. Knowing that I would need to make a deposit before redeeming it I went ahead and threw in $5 and played it. Once it was gone I was able to use the code and got my $100 no deposit bonus and somehow, in spite of their best efforts, was able to the reach their ridiculously high Play Through Amount successfully and win the $100 maximum allowed to be withdrawn from this code. I went through the process of withdrawal and waited 7 days to hear even if it was accepted or not and contacted customer service and was told that it was going to be denied because of multiple free code renewals in a row. I told the customer service representative that I made a deposit before the code was used and then was told well that doesn't count because it has to be a $30 minimum deposit before it counts. Nowhere on their site anywhere does it show that I need to make a minimum $30 deposit in order to use the code and in fact the site itself allowed me to use the code with a $5 deposit without an issue. On top of that the customer service representative only mentioned that I needed to have A deposit before redeeming the code (the only reason given for my denial was multiple free codes were not allowed which did not apply to me) and she herself never mentioned it was a $30 minimum until I asked further so she was hiding that from me from the beginning. The site hides information and tries to blindside you with it in order to prevent you from withdrawing winnings. It is incredibly sketchy and dishonest and a blight on other valid online casinos and should be taken down as soon as possible as far as I'm concerned..

I earnestly suggest that you do not waste your time and money on a site that has so little respect for their customers that they literally hold information back in order to use it against you in case you accidentally win against their ridiculous odds.

I am done playing at online casinos. They happily and easily take your money but when you win you either get screwed out of your winnings by one of their rules or you can't get paid easily. I can't cash a check, I don't understand crypto and tried wire transfer. I tried every way they offered and they keep denying it. And won't tell me why, I played no playthrough and that's the only reason I played, and hit a jackpot and get denied my winnings. These casinos don't understand I play a lot with my money but have gotten screwed practically every time. I AM SO DONE.
