Would be 5* but CHARGES CONFUSING
My ADHD means it’s too much for me to A) Write, B) Type and print, C) take things to the post office. I had 10 letters to send. It was great that all you need to do is type a document. They will do the rest. Ahem I find it highly expensive though. Which wouldn’t be a problem but I am not giving 5*s as the CHARGES ARE NOT CLEAR.

Hi everyone, i was really skeptical about this service at first as i am a foreigner. Even though we made a mistake while sending the letter, they keep me updated with the process. Scam when asked for tracking details they were unable to provide asked for refund again was declined Letters sent were not received. Delivery times are from when they say they have posted not when you make order. You have been warned.

During your order flow, we clearly state that we only provide tracking for UK domestic orders - yours was for USA thus there's no obligation to provide tracking code. We offered partial refund (our profit margin) in our email since your orders have been fulfilled but you never replied to that. We have served 10s of thousands of customers as of today (including yourself) - your review missrepresents the quality of the service and has only harmful intentions.
