I ordered a calendar and paid for fast delivery said it had been dispatched and yet 2 days later Royal Mail still saying havent received the parcel. after a lot of trying to contact customer service finally was told they would reprint it and would get another email saying when posted and yes guess what same thing has happened. I have emailed CEO but no reply probably cause he knows it scam company. I am thinking of ringing bank and stop payment as its the only way of getting satisfaction

I am in despair! After a long battle over a previous voucher, I thought it would be simple to order 2 single calendars. But no - they sent one voucher code for the two and so will only let me use it for one calendar!
I have tried every which way to contact customer support - I have sent screenshots of offer and my basket - and NO RESPONSE!
I have had to resort to Trustpilot before as it seems Printerpix do respond to bad reviews - ironically, while they are getting bad reviews because they have no sensible customer support!
It is amazing - they can send multiple emails saying we are saving your projects and don’t forget to order the things in your basket - but they are incapable of contacting me about the very reason why I cannot complete the order!
If anyone from Printerpix is concerned about terrible reviews, please contact me and sort this out
Warning! This is a fraudulent site! I received a product that didn't match the description on the site. They also cropped the photos in the middle. When I asked for a refund or exchange, they categorically refused. There's no way to contact them by email or phone. You have to open a ticket and send a message. They send you a standardized message, and you can't even reply to it. So, it's a one-way street. I lost €137 with them...
Extremely disappointed I used the company once before everything was fine this time i ordered a gift on December 18 it is January 4. I still has not received it. Nobody knows where the package is and there is no chance to reach a live representative. I will never ever order from this company again.
Ho acquistato un buono per due album, non sono riuscito a riscattarlo nel termine se 28/2/24, c erano dei problemi dal sito . Ho chiesto prima della scadenza una proroga ma non mi è stata data risposta . Ho anche scritto su trustpilot ma è stato inutile. Pessima esperienza
DISGUSTING COMPANY PLEASE AVOID!!!! HEADS /BODIES/TEXT CROPPED OFF ALL PAGES IN PHOTOBOOK AND NO REPLY FROM PRINTERPIX!!!!!! Please don't use this company. I'm in a long battle to try and get my money back and it's been months now no reply from them after previously emailing Andrew Robello and Cheryl Stephen at Printerpix. Paid for rush delivery on 23/12/23 but arrived almost a month later. Photobook received with heads/bodies and text cut off even though my photos were all within the borders I have videoproof and screenshots of my online order. I emailed them already they know the issue but have ignored me. Only used them because website promised rush delivery but in hindsight wished I had read reviews first. They have my emails and my order number they know who I am and know about the issue but have not bothered to resolve this. I only get a reply if I leave negative reviews on Trustpilot so will continue to do so. Please avoid this company you will be bitterly DISSAPOINTED.
Filing a claim with PayPal and if that fails then I will file a chargeback with my bank and if that fails I will take it to Financial Ombudsman and report them to Trading Standards. I will also write to the BBC Watchdog since there seems to be hundreds of customers in the same situation. I won't give up and won't let this company get away with this. Its unfair that honest people are being scammed this way. Please don't trust any of the fake positive reviews on Trustpilot either as Trustpilot themselves have flagged this company for breaking Trustpilot policy by how they are displaying reviews. Just save yourself the hassle and use more professional companies anyone but these guys.
Ordered three photobooks and the insides were really lovely. Quality of photos good - I just paid for standard no enhancements. Have used other companies and would say this is comparable. Made on Ipad and found it very easy to do.
However….2 of the 3 books arrived with slight damage to the hardback cover. One with a dented corner, where the outer packaging was damaged, the other had a dent and dirty marks on the back, so this would have been done in the factory. The third was perfect. They were 3 individual orders so came in separated packaging. They are all gifts so wanted them all perfect.
I rang Printerprix and the helpful man (James) told me to email and send photos, which I did. No response. I then found a further email address on here and resent. Still no response.
It’s such a shame as there are as many good reviews as bad and it’s all things they could take on board and sort out. I could not rate higher because of the poor customer service.

J'ai passé commande pour un album photo pour Noël à la date du 22 novembre 2022. A ce jour, je n'arrive à joindre personne et je n'ai aucun suivi de commande depuis le 9 décembre. Où est ma commande ?!
Idem pour une seconde commande d'un cadre photo à la date du 9 décembre. O suivi, 0 réception. Service zéro. De l'argent jeté par la fenêtre et un cadeau de Noël de cœur réduit à néant. Merci printerpix !😡😡
I ordered special gifts for my daughters 21st birthday and the whole birthday has been ruined
I am disabled and housebound therefore can’t get out to buy presents and I’m also not good on the internet so really struggled to make my items then was charged fourteen pounds for postage and the items are terrible and I left a review on here and they told me to email them and they haven’t done anything
This company is absolutely appalling please do not use them ever
I received a faulty item despite email and phone calls it was unresolved. So I was left with a faulty gift on Christmas Day. Not acceptable
Tuve un problema con el envío de mi fotolibro y les llame pidiendo explicaciones, lo solventaron rápidamente enviándomelo de nuevo y devolviéndome el importe de los gastos de envío, cuando finalmente descubrí que había sido culpa de la empresa de mensajería. Lo único que puedo poner como objeción es que la atención al cliente en un principio es en inglés y hasta que consigues hablar con alguien en español es muy costoso, por lo demás está todo correcto.

Taking money under false pretences
I recently left a review regarding my reluctance to order as I would have charged postage for each item in the order and was getting no response from printerprix. A lovely person named Gregory contacted me and swiftly rectified the situation, he kept me updated throughout the entire process and within a few days I have received both of my items. Best customer service I have received in a long time. Printerprix you should reward such dedication.
Please please do not waste your money with this company. I’m still waiting 7 weeks on for my item and customer service is shocking. I will never buy from here again, there’s much better services out there.
I was so disappointed with my order the canvas prints were fine but the wooden bars they sent were the wrong size so when I put the canvas print together half the canvas was missing I won't be putting it up on the wall into the bin very disappointing
Realice un fotolibro el 31 de octubre y a fecha 13 de diciembre sigo sin saber dónde está. El problema es que ni contestan... nunca había tenido problemas con ellos hasta ahora. Decepción máxima. Yo no les volveré a comprar nunca ya que ni me entregan el pedido ni me dan una solución.
