Printed Wafer Bewertungen

The order was perfect and went down incredibly well with our attendees! Would definitely recommend.

wafers look great, fast turnaround and carefully posted. Hardly lost any in handling (& those were just eaten!)

I have used this company over two years for wafers for our ice cream business, they have been amazing! Great communication and quality products every time we order, very satisfied, quality service and best in the game 👍

I ordered the Ultimate Wedding Bundle for my daughter’s upcoming wedding and I have very mixed feelings about the experience.

On the positive side, two of the products themselves are lovely. The wafers look amazing and the little spoons included in the bundle are absolutely super cute.

Unfortunately, the printed labels arrived smudged and are totally unusable. For an "Ultimate" wedding package, you expect a high-quality finish, but these looked like a rushed job.

The real disappointment has been the aftercare. I have chased the company on numerous occasions (via their WhatsApp help system) regarding the labels. Each time, I was told that replacements had either just been sent (never turned up) or were about to be dispatched. Despite these promises, nothing has arrived.

I am running out of time and have now resorted to not being able to use the labels at all, which is a real shame for my daughter’s big day. It’s disheartening to be promised a solution multiple times only to be let down. Great products mean very little if the customer service doesn't stand behind them.

We ordered personalised wafers for our wedding day in October. It was such a lovely touch to add to our gelato & our guests loved it

We have used printed wafer ltd for a few years great service

Delicious tasting waffers, amazing personalisation & great customer service 10/10

Always great service, fast delivery and discs are great

Excellent product service design and delivery

Beautiful quality.
Tasted delicious.
Amazed all our guests with the personalisation.
Nothing else to say!

I ordered a pack of personalised wafers with our initials and wedding date on for our summer celebration.
The ordering process on the website was straightforward and the delivery prompt. The print on the wafers was exactly as suggested and added a unique touch to the ice cream that was severed on our wedding day. We would definitely order from them again.

Professional and reliable. Highly recommended

Excellent product and easy ordering process. Ordered in the afternoon and wafers were delivered next day, well packaged and all still intact.

It was amazing to be able to design my own wafers and get them printed for my birthday celebrations. They were delivered promptly and everyone loved them!

So impressive!! Really the best company to use for printed wafers. Vibrant colours, good price. Allow for some broken ones during the delivery process around the edges etc. but I’m told they do add extra to compensate for this.

I ordered some wafers for our Cyprus wedding, which was dispatched however tracking didn’t update. This was a Royal Mail issue however printed wafer quickly replaced them and dispatched them out to me, only to receive them and these have the wrong print on them to what was ordered. Again, printed wafer apologised and quickly dispatched me some new ones which were perfect! Moral of the story is, mistakes happen, things out of your control happen but the service received was still exceptional and the final product we love! Would highly recommend this company. Good luck for the future I wish you every success
