Very impress with the personal touches. The bag I ordered happened to be out of stock, I had an immediate phone call which unfortunately I missed but this was followed up with an email offering a refund if I didn't want to wait for stock to arrive.

The pink and their light blue ones, they are what it says on the tin = warm thick, and soft, you won’t want to take it off.
