So after I’ve reached out to these people on multiple occasions, I still haven’t heard back from them and it’s been over a month! They haven’t contacted me back about reimbursing my initial investment after they pretty much abandoned my store. They tried to sell products that require brand approval on my store, which put my store at risk of being taken down after I worked so hard to get everything setup. When I asked why the products were gated by Amazon, they would make it seem like it was a problem on Amazon’s end. When in reality they actually had no idea what they are doing to begin with. I honestly felt like they used my account as an social experiment to see if they potentially gather some sort of success without actually knowing if they would be able to perform and hit their marks THEY SET FOR THEMSELVES. So at this point this automation service is completely fraudulent and scandalous. They didn’t even honor the terms of their own agreement, and they basically coax you to fulfill all the payments in ways that prevent you from disputing and getting your money back (Cash App, Zelle, etc). This personally is a blown investment and if you don’t want to waste your time, money, and energy; then you should probably stay as far away from these people!

HORRENDOUSLY DISTASTEFUL !!! If I could I would rate 0 stars! Before vetting their services in Jan 2026 for Amazon FBA, I was told that there would a a guaranteed ROI off of the initial investment capital. The agreement was signed the middle of Feb, invoice was paid in full beginning of May. Even the store setup took a couple weeks because I was working 2 jobs 7 days a week, and they would agree to schedule a time then have to reschedule for reasons unbeknownst to me. Now here we are going into July and I haven’t received a payment yet, but I have been billed every month for Amazons service fees. They have TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION, there’s no transparency. I had to find out a lot about Amazon's policy & procedures on my own (payment schedule, invoices, etc). Going into June, Initially the store was generating sales from the 2 products they said would hit the marks they set. But when the product that was generating the most sales was gated (after about 2 weeks), it pretty much stagnated the stores progress. I have called on multiple different occasions to see if they any solutions, if they answer my call it’s usually more of the same “fluff”. But up until I signed the agreement, they were basically coaxing me into trying to finalize the agreement to secure my business. After the agreement was signed the sense of urgency was gone. Barely any phone calls, no more zoom meetings, just surface level updates. I have even asked on multiple occasions to have someone else managing the account, or even contact me (None of which I’m sure was ever done). Now it’s been almost 6 months of dealing with this service and I have nothing to show for it except wasted time and money. Hopefully my experience changes going forward, but I’m not optimistic about it. (Update pending)

I was honestly nervous before starting because there are so many companies out there. I decided to give Primie Global a chance, and so far I’m glad I did. The process wasn’t instant, but the team stayed in touch and explained things whenever I had doubts.
