Work fine but NOT Apple Refurbs
I ordered some reconditioned Apple iPods which arrived promptly. They work fine & will do the job BUT they are defo not Apple as advertised
I tried to look for a model number, but there isn’t one, & the back of the case says ‘designed by ASPOR in Canton’. You only need to Google that company to see they produce these particular AirPods, on mass, indeed for wholesalers.
At the end of the day they are OK for the money paid BUT this supplier shouldn’t be misleading customers by saying they are genuine reconditioned Apple iPods. They are very clever because absolutely know where on instructions etc does is mention the word ‘Apple’, it just uses the same format & layout & images that Apple do with their products
You get what you pay for and the saying is correct, if it seems too good to be true it probably is

Fake products
Fake products. Claimed “refurbished” AirPods but they are a cheap copy.
In response below to the claim of using genuine parts, it’s in a fake box saying designed by apoll in China, when it’s Apple in California. Also the AirPods are a sealed unit and can’t be refurbished. It’s disappointing to see companies rip people off this way.

please note that these are replaced with aftermarket grade A OEM parts and we can not compare them with brand new as the quality may different because of the refurbished process.
if you are looking for flawless high quality and performance, we request you to kindly buy brand new apple Airpods and the brand new Airpods start from £179, These are refurbished product and that the reason why they are cheaper than brand new
As well as our all customer are eligible to clam within 30 days full refund if they find any issue in our product

They sold me a knock of 3rd airpods for the original. I regret making this purchase and I feel like I have been scammed to be honest.
They are not even refurbished as they don’t even give half the service a refurbished airport would give then another is, I wouldn’t even trust your company with getting even a new AirPod that cost £179 because you’d still deliver some fake stuff from china🇨🇳. You guys are very horrible.

Poor communication RE: refunds and returns
Requested a return and return a week ago as the product I bought was not as described.
Got an immediate reply saying “we’ll look into this for you” via email. I thought this was a strange response as usually I would just get information about how to go about the return rather than it being ‘looked into’. Unfortunately, despite two follow up emails I’ve heard nothing since and cannot get a response via email and WhatsApp won’t connect.
Postage was quick with tracking, initial email was quick but hard to get a response when you need help.
EDIT- took several updates to this review and eventually getting a WhatsApp message over to be able to get a response. Two email addresses given bounced. They denied that the description of the product was inaccurate but agreed a return in line with their 30 day policy. I will update again when I’ve got my money back.

These AirPods are indeed refurbished products, which explains their lower price compared to brand new ones. The condition of Airpods is clearly mentioned in the product page. Rest assured, you are still covered by our seller warranty, and you remain eligible for a full refund. However, in order to facilitate this process, we will need to retrieve the item from you. This is necessary for us to conduct an investigation with our suppliers. We source our products from various suppliers across the UK, and until we have the item in our possession, we cannot determine the specific supplier or batch from which it was originally sold.

I ordered refurbished Apple Airpods Pro 2nd Gen for what I thought was a good price. Turns out, the Airpods were fake, so I would warn everyone that probably the majority of their items are fake. Decent customer service, emails were replied to quickly. Overall package was improved by rubber case and lightning cable for free. Ended up giving them to family member, so can’t comment on returns and refunds. Overall, Airpods were advertised as real, but were actually fake.
