Prime Hotel reached out to us, when are reservation was close to being cancelled, we had a little mis-communication on when we needed to pay. Had they not reached out 4 of us heading to a trade show would not have had a place to stay! Thank goodness they followed up - it could have cost us so much more money!!!

Great experience with Prime Hotel Bookings!!!

We are an association for medical billers and coders. We have our annual conference each October in vegas (this year is our 24th). We are at Planet Hollywood. We contract with Caesar's directly. At no point does the hotel ever reach out to our attendees, vendors, or speakers about booking their rooms, we do. We have a room block with a specified price ($139). This company has sourced our vendor information from our website. They are reaching out to CEOs, owners, and higher ups to "Book their room for the AMBA Conference." They have no permission to contact any of our customers which violates the CAN-SPAM Act 16 CFR Part 316 enforced by the FTC. They are being deceptive about who they are. The email address says Florida, and the reply-to is a different company from the "From" company. We will be reporting them to the FTC and the BBB. We demand that they cancel any of our customers reservations that have been made under the non-exsistent "Group Code" for the AMBA Conference or any bookings under AMBA. They should also cease and desist in contacting any of our customers, ever.

Maria Wilson is one of the names that has come up. She answered the phone when one of our customers reached out. They are selling rooms for our conference, then calling back and saying the block is full and trying to upsell our customers. I am not sure if they are making actual bookings or just stealing our customer's money yet.

The Royal Scot Hotel and Suites in Victoria, B.C. was in an excellent location. The Hotel was older but that was part of the appeal. The suites were clean and spacious. The property was well maintained and visually appealing. The staff were courteous and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
The experience of booking with Prime Hotel Bookings had a few glitches but they were easily reached, responded quickly and worked to come to a successful end.

There was quite a bit of confusion/misunderstanding with my booking, it took us a bit to get on the same page, But in the end, everything ended up just right.

I am presently staying at the Prime Hotel Marmaris. We have paid for all inclusive allegedly but dinner is 7 until 9 only & there is no other food available after 9. On getting to the restaurant at 8.40 the waiters were all ready packing up. I had to ask them to clear a table & then had to wipe it down myself. We then had to request cutlery. After waiting over 15 minutes for a drink of water & some coke I went & got my own glass & found some water from another table. Eventually after 20 minutes another waiter brought a coke but no water. The waiter then started to argue with us & another guest saying the restaurant was closed & trying to remove our food despite it being 8.55. He was very aggressive. We told him to go away, we were trying to eat. The waiter name of Eren had been rude already commenting on what was on one of our plates at lunch time. He was very inattentive chatting up some girls rather than ask ing what we would like to drink. The hotel literature states the restaurant is open until 9 so why was the food cold & people tidying away at 8.40 & how us it all inclusive when there is nowhere to get food after 8.30 unless its cold & the dregs of what is left sitting there from earlier in the evening. When you need a shower & the hair dryer in your room keeps cutting out every 5 minutes it is difficult to get the restaurant for 7.30. Anyway we are on holiday why do we have to rush. The literature should state the time food stops so guests are where they only have an hour and half time frame to eat

The customer service that Lilly provided was outstanding! Everything that she said she would do she did, she followed up, and made sure that I was completely satisfied! I can’t say enough good things about Lilly!!!

Loved the stay with their property. All the amenities and facilities inside the hotel were outstanding. I am impressed with their sweet and smiling service staffs. Thank you, will visit again.

Worst company ever, they are scammers pretending to be someone they’re not, trying to earn a pity profit by sending out an email that makes it seem as if they are affiliated with a show which is such a scummy move, then they have the audacity to charge even ridiculous nightly prices. I called them to have them stop sending out these fake, misleading and fraudulent emails regarding a show that I am playing a part in coordinating this year, their reply was and I quote and I have the call recorded, “we are going to stop sending this show” like who gave you the right from the first place you imbecile, I then asked for an address to proceed with legal actions and the dumbest person that I’ve had the worst luck when she got connected to me “Sierra” was her name, she told me that she wouldn’t be able to provide me that because I was not a “customer” which is absolute bull because I found that address on here so the question would be, what are you trying to hide from a legal team that you wouldn't give out your address even though you have it on a website for the public to see, and I am pretty sure she wasn’t even American with that fake dumb accent, horrible grammar, they could be operating from inside or outside the USA as far as anyone knows. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS “COMPANY”. You will lose your money and you will hate your experience.

Easily made my reservation via Prime Hotel Bookings. Once I got to the hotel there was a problem with the length of my stay (the hotel had it wrong) but Prime was able to resolve the problem quickly. Great experience!
