Working with Prime Guidance has been a big help for our business. Before partnering with them, our online ad strategy had become scattered, and campaign management was starting to eat up more of our time.
Prime Guidance made a strong effort to understand our business, our goals, and where our previous efforts were falling short. They have helped us clarify and sharpen our advertising strategy in an increasingly competitive landscape.
One of the most important things they did was instead of just taking over everything, they taught us how to manage our campaigns more efficiently. They introduced new tools that helped us monitor our PPC and ACOs.

I can not speak highly enough of our experience with Prime Guidance. Our company has a great product but we were always stuck at #2 for our category and could never seem to get to Best Seller, but the issue was obvious - our storefront didn't look clean, our A+ content was years outdated, and our ad campaigns were nowhere near where they should be.
We hired PG with the initial goal of just cleaning up our imagery, brand store, and making sure every listing was optimized - but what they offered went so far above and beyond.
The level of detail they go into on every individual campaign really opened my eyes as to how much we were previously lagging - and they were able to help us with other account issues that we had dealt with as well.
It had gotten to a point to where I would only check our Seller Account a few times a week whereas it was previously 10+ times per day, it's like we were on cruise control and they fully managed the account for us. Everything from brand tailored promotions to amazon deals was ran by me first, but I just had to give my approval and it was all taken care of and it allowed me to focus on other tasks than managing our Amazon account all day every day and trying to optimize campaigns myself.

We hired Prime Guidance expecting expert Amazon PPC management, but instead, we experienced a clear breakdown in execution. Nearly $2,000 was wasted on unauthorized campaigns, while well-performing ads were replaced with underperforming ones. They also let poor-performing campaigns go unchecked, causing costs to skyrocket.

As a result, our ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sales) increased, and our TACoS (Total Advertising Cost of Sales) doubled, significantly raising our overall marketing costs.

Despite raising concerns and giving them the opportunity to turn things around, they were unable to do so. Critical events like Amazon’s March Prime Event were never mentioned, and for the premium price they charge, we ended up doing much of the work ourselves.

Unlike others that offer a one-month satisfaction guarantee, Prime Guidance does not. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend their services.
