Bought Bartholomew Bear before I'd read the reviews stupidly. Arrived packaged similar to cheap Chinese items from Temu. It was obviously fake and low quality even though it was £29!. Opened a return and sent back then waited for refund that never came. Contacted their support who told me the refund had been processed and to check my statement (it hadn't). Then lots of emails unanswered... I'd been double scammed! Don't buy anything from them I implore you. They send cheap counterfeit goods from China for full price and then go missing.

They sell everything at discount rate. Amazing shopping experience. Great products!

My shopping experience with Primedeals.shop was excellent. The website is very user-friendly; finding products and placing an order was a breeze. The payment process was also smooth. What I liked most was their fast delivery service; my order arrived in just [specific time, e.g.: 2 days] I received my order. I would definitely recommend others to shop from Primedeals.

I have seen so many bad reviews about this website but when I bought some home appliances from then they arrived a week later with no faults and all work great. Great customer support aswell as I asked where it was and they answer fast and told me the products ETA

This company is appalling and is definitely scamming innocent customers

I bought 2 set of expensive headphones and they only sent 1 set

I complained numerous times proved only one set had been sent and got nowhere at all

This company is terrible and I will NEVER buy from them again. I purchased two items (tools) as a Christmas gift for a close friend. It turned out the tools were not functioning properly when they first tried to use them on a home construction project. When I reached out to Primedeals, they said the warranty had expired, and I could forget about any returns. I told them it was a Christmas gift, and the first project was only a few days later, when we found out about the failing products. I have lost my money, and I am now stuck with items I just purchased that are not working. BAD products and even WORSE service. I will NEVER buy from these people again.

I ordered a Jellycat Bartholomew bathrobe bear from them, when it arrived it was clearly a fake (I managed to order from the Jellycat website). The sizing, colour and features are so different from the original and it doesn't have the genuine QR code that should be on the genuine bear. I have tried to call the shop but the telephone number for this shop is not in service, emails were ignored until I said I was going to trading standards, then they replied and asked me to return it for a refund.... I don't trust them and I don't think that I will get refunded so I am going to forward everything I have to trading standards, they are deceiving people this is not fair. I have just checked their website again and they are still selling the 'fake' bear as the genuine article.
Do not buy from this website!!!

This is not a company, it's a phishing scam.

Ordered a Jellycat plush from them a year ago which never arrived. After contacting them regarding the order they informed me it was out of stock and I could have a refund. It having been a year ago since this happened I don't remember if I received the refund or not. However, this barely scratches the surface of how horrific this "company" is.

A year on, it is now December 9th 2025, and two nights ago almost £4000 in fraudulent transactions have been taken from my bank account by this website, they have drained my bank account entirely, right before Christmas. Luckily the fraud department at my bank have been very helpful and are doing everything they can to rectify it.

Do not trust this website, avoid it at all costs, do NOT give them your bank information. I do not believe this was unfortunate timing regarding Christmas, I believe it was targeted as around this time of year people generally have more money in their accounts to cover presents/decorations/food etc.

Morally corrupt, vicious people that will take everything from you and not bat an eye.

This is a scam website, do not use. The website looks genuine. However when you put your card details in, the payment link is odd looking. You never receive a confirmation email after purchasing the goods. The ' contact us' link, email address and contact number do not work, therefore there is no way of contacting the company.

I ordered a peeler for fruits and vegetables, but the company delivered a different product instead and charged me ₹799. The company, called Chitter, has taken my money unfairly.

Classic case of drop shipping from China. Ordered a "Flying spinner ball" for 25 euro. Gave as a present to my grand child. At the first use it broke and was unusable. Also, you can order this ball for 5 euro at AliExpress. Absolute shit quality. Never order here!

I purchased a pair Lightning McQueen Crocs on 21st June 2025. I contacted them 10th August 2025 to inform them that the back section on both crocs had come away and sent photos. I requested a returns label to get a refund. I contacted them again no reply. I received an email on 25th August apologising for delayed response and that they would provide a return label in 24 to 48 hours to process a refund. They did not provide a return label and I have contacted them on several occasions but have had no response. The first and last time to order from this company.

Very suspicious and scam company. Ordered a pair of Lightening McQueen crocs, never arrived!! Took the money and two months later no crocs. Tried to contact the company sent emails, no response, mobile number no one answers. DO NOT BUY from this company!! I am £35 down and no able to recover money. I wish I had the reviews before I ordered.

Scam! I ordered a Jellycat and just received my order. 100% fake. Tried to call them and email…neither of them work.

I had to return some products and they are very flexible in refunding after 2 months after placing the order
