Working with Prime Book Publisher has honestly been a really positive experience, and a big part of that is Bryan Grayson. From the start, he took the time to actually explain the whole publishing process in a way that made sense, without rushing or talking over me. He was very open, very patient, and genuinely easy to talk to.

What I appreciated most was that Bryan didn’t try to upsell anything. Instead, he broke down different cost effective options and helped me choose what was best for my book and my budget. It felt like he truly cared about doing things the right way rather than just closing a deal.

Because of his guidance, the process felt far less overwhelming and much more manageable. I’m really grateful for the support and honesty he showed throughout. I would absolutely recommend Prime Book Publisher, and especially Bryan Grayson, to any author looking for real guidance and a smooth publishing experience.

I had no idea what I was getting into when I first explored hybrid publishing. I knew I didn't want to wait for a trad agent to find me a trad publisher. I've worked in trad publishing, and I left with a bad taste for publishing in general. It was all about who you know, and I saw many talented writers get left in the dust. So, I researched five hybrid publishers and weighed the pros and cons before I finally pulled the trigger to begin my journey on Halloween of this year. I chose Prime Book Publishers. You can thank April Matthews, my Publishing Consultant for that. She was very patient with my questions, listened to my concerns, and eased me into the idea of going that direction. I didn't decide right away. But April was persistent, and kind, and understanding of my need to shy away from both trad and self publishing. I'm too old to learn marketing at this stage of the game. This company takes care of everything, and they take care of YOU.

My project manager is Edward Fletcher. He's a Senior Business Consultant that April persuaded to work with me, and I'm so glad she did! Edward explained everything in detail before I got started, and April sent me a detailed email that explained everything we had talked about, in case I needed it later. Every step of the way, it felt like I was working with a partner on a shared vision to bring my story to life. The professional teams they have working behind the scenes take every comment you have about your work and create a professional product that will last in the hands of my friends, family, and hopefully those around the world who find my work entertaining. They have increased my social media presence in ways I never knew existed. I am forever grateful to have chosen them to care for my legacy.

I hope that when you go to the website and the open chat asks you what services you need, April is on the other end to help you. And Edward is available to work with you. You won't be sorry going this route. I've had a great experience and am already planning my next book with this company!

EDIT: The response is untrue.I have the recorded calls and will use them accordingly. I did not ask for any proprietary information at all. I asked what my $99 went to and how the books were processed and sold or at least basic information on how the system worked. There was never talk of a printer in Puerto Rico at all. In fact, had I been given at least that much info I likely would have proceeded. They wanted the $99 before giving me ANY info on what I was paying for. Do NOT use these people. They go to a lot of work to cheat you.

These people are not good people at all. They will try to charge you $99 before they will explain how their services actually work and when you ask for information about their services they will tell you that they won't give any information until you pay the $99. It was literally, "sure I can help with that." I answered, "ok, how does the service work exactly?" And was told I do not get any actual information on how they would provide the service without $99. Stay away from them. The only people they are trying to help is themselves.

Prime Publishing is a great company! I am a first time author and Tyler Ross with Prime Publishing has been truly amazing! His passion and patience has made my experience pain free and easy!
