Good price, Good fit.

Customer service was excellent! I was able to get a fast email response regarding my order, then again, able to modify my order. I got a phone call confirming my change and the order was shipped that day.
I’ve been happy with every order. The primary arms optic and magnifier I bought are very high quality. I will continue to be a loyal customer.

I was upgrading my AK, and they had all the parts I wanted to upgrade in stock! It dint take much time at all, maybe 3-5 business days.

Fast and prompt shipping. Good prices. Ordering every week now it seems lol

PA always has great products and pricing.

It’s a much slower process than I always expect. When there’s no background check involved, picking up a single item should take less than 20 minutes, but it never does. There’s got to be a way to pickup the pace behind the counter and in the warehouse. All the other retailers have figured it out. It’s time to make some changes.

Great selection, fair pricing and fast shipping. What more could you want. Always a good experience with PA.

Adaptability, and fast shipping

Good product selection and fair pricing. Fast shipping too.

Item arrived surprisingly quicker than I expected. I enjoy shopping with Primary Arms because they have the best sales and price match too.

Had exactly what I wanted and at a great price

I put in my order on a Friday afternoon. My order was delivered Monday afternoon. Amazing.

Always a great experience with primary arms. Never a disappointment. I wish I could give them 10 stars. They are the best

Excellent company very fast shipping and service

Always a pleasure shopping with them. I’ve bought twice now; Products arrive in a timely manner and they always ship the correct items.

I ordered two seperate orders from Primary Arms. First order was for a low profile gas block. Second order was for an AR15 handguard. Primary Arms created a tracking number for the gas block and never shipped it. I already received the handguard, which is a paperweight until i receive a new gas block. They said they would investigate and take 14 days. Never offered to send another one or refund for an item that clearly never shipped. For $22 they could of had a happy customer, even with the delay. Instead a never again customer.

Fast delivery and communication to my FFL dealer. Now waiting for ATF to do their thing.
Thanks

Accurate descriptions, decent pricing and shipping with quality parts.
