Horrible customer service and no integrity
Fantastic products but absolutely horrible customer service - not honoring buy one get one free, check out is highly confusing. It seems to be confusing on purpose. They overcharged me for shipping when the screen before said shipping was free. When I contacted then, they said we don’t have free shipping unless you spend $99 or more. All I wanted was $6.50 reimbursed to me for shipping charged to me. If they had done that, I would’ve tried to redeem my view of this company. I hope to find a much better competitor.Do not use them. I also believe they overcharged me on my credit card, but there’s no use in fighting it. They’ll probably fight for what to a really good company would be such a simple thing to refund. You’re not satisfied? OK here’s your five dollars or $10 or $20 but not primal life.
.Quite disappointing because I used to have such a high regard for their products and their company.
