In order to personalise kits this is something that would take a lot of resources and potentially increase prices, nevertheless we will absolutely take this on board and see what is practicably possible.

My wife and I are new to pride Angel…
My wife and I are new to pride Angel and absolutely love the concept of what it stands for and how it works. Honestly my only frustrations with it is the lack of communication in which there is with contacting potential donors. We have yet to receive any replies, which only shows the individuals do not get on very often or take it as seriously as the couples seeking to start a family ASAP.

Our recommendations would be to log in frequently, as this will ensure that your profile is high ranking as well as ensure that you have completed all sections of your profile.

Good products, need better communication
Parcel arrived within 2 days using standard first class! I’m happy with everything except the fact I didn’t receive an email to say it has been dispatched or anything. Great information provided and everything is of perfect quality.

My second purchase but disappointed as items are missing in the package
This is my second purchase as I was happy with my first purchase. For this round, I bought 2 sets of standard kit and 2 sets of duluxe sets. I gave 3 stars this time as there were only 3 syringe extenders in one of the deluxe sets instead of 6 pieces. Would also like to suggest that Basal body temp/fertility chart to include degree Celsius as well.

Kits are triple checked so we shall make an investigation as to how this may have happened. In terms of the chart the scale is due to the thermometers being dispatched as Fahrenheit. Nevertheless we shall look into this further.

Can’t access the account
For some reason my account is no longer validated having used the site for two weeks and paying £190 to use the service for the year I now can’t access the site. I’ve sent three emails and haven’t had a response. I’m not sure why I can’t access my account? It’s not that the account was never validated as my account was already activated and I had spoken to several people?

I found the website really poor
I found the website really tricky/frustrating to navigate. It took at least 3 attempts to be able to register. I bought credits and messaged 11 people, none of whom replied to me. I get the feeling that the profiles are years out of date. All in all a poor experience and waste of time and money.

In terms of messages we have noticed that you have only been registered for a week, sometimes it may take time for someone to respond.
With regards to profiles being out of date you are able to see for every member when they registered and last logged in, so the choice would be yours as to whom you wish to contact if they have not logged in for a while.
