Yes the fees maybe high but when family ask for money for food I make sure it only goes on food not drugs using prezzy card they can't withdraw the money so no choice to spend it on food

TOTAL SCAM. Bought digital prezzy card. Received one email, NO CARD NUMBER OR CODE TO UNLOCK IT. HAVE SPENT HOURS TRYING TO GET THROUGH TO THEM. RECORDED MESSAGE SAYING 28 PEOPLE IN FRONT AND A WAIT TIME OF OVER TWO HOURS.
PLEASE DO NOT USE IT. IT'S DEFINITELY A SCAM OR A FRAUD.

This is a big scam. We got gifted a card and wanted to check the balance on their website. After following all the instructions, it keeps coming back as “Balance not available”. We tried to call their number, but it tells us to go to their website. This isn’t the first time. We don’t buy these cards but still receive them as gifts. Sadly, no one seems to be making customers aware of this scamming website.

Paid for card as present for my mum. Difficult process to get through online and then they did not send the card. Had to send an enquiry to get the card sent about two weeks too late. Having read these reviews now, I see this is a scam and will look into trying to prise my cash back out of this 'company'.

Trash. Basically unspendable anywhere. Can't even use it for something as basic as Steam game purchases. Customer support is non-existent. Not sure how this company is still clinging to life.

Zero stars, Looks like I’m another who got scammed by these people.
Used my card once then told by same business via an app we don’t accept that as it’s hasn’t got some 3D whatever, I had an unlocked card so I registered it like it prezzycard website said for me to do and still the card won’t work. Please I hope you have read this review before buying. Mine was brought at Woolworths Invercargill.

Most useless bunch of thieves, they do not explain how their useless card can not be used anywhere useful until you have purchased it, wish they want to close you thieves down..................

The whole website experience was way more difficult than it had to be. Won’t do this again

Gifted on-line. Nothing works and gifter spent ages with Prezzy Card to fix it. Eventually re-issued on-line card. Today I had an embarrassing experinece in a retail store trying to redeem it. Never again.

I received a prezzy card with $100 on it for my birthday, and found I can't use anywhere except space & got charge $70 for contacting help online & a couple of other fees for what I don't know.
Total scam don't waste your money on them, was brought from New world supermarket.

Awful - my 10yr old dropped it and immediately tried to get it cancelled and a refund to buy another. Customer service wanted $17.50 for a new card. LESSON TO ALL - just give cash - these things are shit!!

Don’t trust them. They are using AI for their advice which doesn’t even know their rules and will give you incorrect advice. Customer service whilst trying to be friendly will do nothing to assist and you cannot speak to a real person

I received a $50 prezzy card BP and when I went to use it it was expired
I phoned Bp who told me to call Gift station
They will not refund or send another card
These people are thieves do not purchase there cards and also prezzy cards come through same company don’t purchase theirs
either
All gift cards should have no expiry date these companies get free use of the money until it’s spent
My advise don’t buy gift cards it’s money down the rat hole

A prezzy card was was “loaded “ with $100 .
This card will not work anywhere.
Try to see if the balance is load on the card by following the instructions to their website just says not available.
Please people don’t wast your time and money on this scam

SCAM!!! They joined a promotion with AMI and have not sent half of the prezy cards out to the customers that AMI have paid them for.
When you contact them about it, they tell you to speak to AMI. It is not really AMI's fault, it is prezzy card who have taken the money from this AMI promotion and are not sending the cards out SCAM OF A COMPANY!

It seems to be fraud - I got several cards as present, none I them I could use. I read hundreds of comments in reddit saying the same. Online card balance check simply says: Balance not available.
