i ordered two colours of a set they took ages to come and were cheap material. The proportions of the top to skirt were not like the website picture. when wanting to return it was so expensive to do so. I can't even sell this on Vinted due to how poor the whole outfit is.

Order took so long to arrive (3.5 weeks) it missed my holiday. When it arrived, the dress looked nothing like advertised online. The tops were poor quality, and the jacket was in the wrong colour, had a strong fish smell and was a very odd shape with short arms.

Drop shipping from some pot quality factory.

Customer service are unhelpful and cannot provide a refund or even return.

I would not trust this brand.

Took me 3-4 weeks to receive item as got lost in transit, once it got to me I did not need it so emailed to send back. They went on to tell me it would be £25 to return my item when it was £35 to buy! I am gobsmacked… this was NOT made clear when buying - do not bother

Absolute joke, the item arrived and the quality was shocking for the cost. Received better quality items from Shein. Avoid at all costs. TO RETURN YOU HAVE TO SEND BACK TO CHINA!!!

Order took 2 weeks to arrive, i sent them a email and only then did it feel like they did something to my order. The photos from the website have been stolen, quality is cheap and from china. I ordered the Rivera Corset set, for one it wasn't even a corset! There wasn't any corset lining, i had too attach the corset strings myself. I'm a size Xs in clothing, when i tell you the piece i ordered said it was a Xs it was at least a medium. It wouldn't even stay up on my chest neither my hips. Wouldn't order from this brand, currently in the proses of a refund, hopefully i'll be able to make some money back and get rid of this awful piece of material marked as clothing!

Avoid at all costs. RIP off. Material abhorrent and the sizing is all wrong. My daughter is 5ft 7inches tall and xs where l top was too tight (she’s small chested) and the length is for a 7ft woman!! Then they say the return will cost the same as EACH dress £30. For advice, under consumer rights act anything of poor quality can be returned at the SELLERS costs. Furthermore, if the return costs are the same or similar to the cost of the product that is caught under the unfair contracts act as it’s clearly doesn’t say on their website that this could be the cost just that it may be “costly”. Costly to one person is different to the next…. This then renders the contract useless and they should bear the costs of return. Out of principal, I will take this to the small claims. Done if before, will do it again…

Cheap tacky material, low quality at a high price, no free return policy, delivery and return are to/from China. avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs, scam website.
Bought a wrap set for my birthday, marketed as quality item with a £70 price point. Sizing is absolutely horrendous as low wasted fit is completely unachievable. Material is also extremely low quality and top essentially slides off and isn’t supportive at all. Everything is poorly made, ESPECIALLY at this price point.
When asking for a refund, it was either get £8 back or pay for a £30 shipping cost, cannot recommend avoiding this website enough.
