Poor Communication, Unreasonable delay of their 1st project itself almost 1 year, No professional team. Keen on only collecting money but not showing on project delivery. Quality is not up to their commitment as luxury project on The Residence project JVC. Investors lost trust on Prestige One.

They are very slow and lazy developers
I bought from them an apartment at their project the place at sport city Dubai before two years and till now it’s just a hole at the construction site and nothing serious done while some other developers they handout their projects to the investors
Yet the ask for the installments in time and I pay them in time thinking that they are going on with project
Now I can’t sell it and get red from it and the developer stopped his construction since long time
