Don’t know where they got the email address but unsolicited emails from this company are unwelcome. If I don’t reply to the first two unsolicited emails from them I do not appreciate receiving further weekly emails
Also by the way I have been contacted by Trustpilot due to this review it is clear the company don’t like negative reviews either.

I was contacted for participation in the prestige awards first by email, then later by phone where with great suspense, enthusiasm and involvement, Faz, awards manager, told me that i was the winner. Subsequently I was followed by Faz and his team (Joseph, Zack) both for the receipt of the prizes and for the detailed logistical organization as well as the particular details of the event. From the beginning to the end they were always by my side and supported me for any of my doubts or information and for the not simple organization of everything. Thank you, you were fantastic

This company harasses you. We were told we won an award despite not entering and the person who contacted me having no idea what our business actually did.

When I enquired about the decision making process, they gave me no information and refused to tell me who we were up against. It's completely made up and smacks of "everyone is a winner"

Previously it was Chris I spoke to when I didn't know better about the awards and we were told we had won despite not knowing who had nominated us or who we had allegedly beaten to win the award. As I told him when he phoned- if Man Utd tells you they have won a football cup it is impressive if they beat Barcelona but not impressive if they beat a Sunday league football team

Perhaps stop contacting people when they have REPEATEDLY opted out of communication and they won't need to leave reviews like this

Winning the Prestige Awards was honestly an unforgettable experience. When I first received the nomination, I was thrilled but a bit anxious; there would be so many talented nominees in the running. But when my company was announced the winner of First Aid Training Company of the Year, it felt surreal. Receiving the award itself was incredibly meaningful. It wasn’t just an accolade; it was a validation of all the hard work I have put into the company over the years. It motivated me even more to continue striving for excellence in everything I do. Plus, the recognition has opened up new opportunities for me. Overall, winning the Prestige Awards was more than just an honour; it was a reminder of why we do what we do. To say we were all surprised was an understatement and still feels surreal!
From the beginning everything was explained and talked through. The process is very thorough and lengthy but so it should be with your point of contact keeping us updated and a number of months later we heard we had won - what a great honour it is for a small village we still can not believe it. Fast forward to the awards afternoon where everyone was genuinely interested in our non profit organisation and wanted to know what we do and how we have made it a success.

We still don’t know who nominated us for the Prestige Awards, but whoever it was, thank you. It’s one thing to be recognised, but it’s another to be recognised by an organisation that truly pays attention. They took the time to learn about our work, and what amazed us most was how they honed in on our Mobile Suicide Prevention Harbour project. Being involved was a privilege, and we’re grateful for the recognition, the experience, and above all, the reminder that we’re not alone in this work. When I was first contacted about entering the competition, I must admit I was sceptical. I wondered if there was a catch or whether it might be too good to be true. After thoroughly researching the company and learning more about the process, I quickly realised that this was a legitimate and credible organisation. Knowing that our two schools had been recognised for our strengths was incredibly encouraging, and I decided we had nothing to lose and everything to gain by entering.

To our absolute surprise and delight, both of our schools won just a few weeks later. Even now, it still feels surreal.

From the very beginning, Faz and his team were supportive, responsive, and reassuring. I had many questions and concerns throughout the process, but they guided me every step of the way and made the entire experience smooth and positive.
