The prep course is exactly the same as you will get in the actual CBT for the TSA. I bought the course just three days before the exam and easily passed.

I went with the 1 week Prepterminal option and it worked perfectly for me. It gave me a good idea of what to look for on the real exam and I passed on the first attempt. The 2D-3D exercises were fairly accurate and helped me understand what to expect.
TSA is pretty slow in the hiring process as I filled out the application in Dec. 2024 and it is Feb. 7th. 2025 and I have not received a call or email for a for an interview. I requested additional info from the TSA and they mentioned that my application is complete and I'm in the queue when an available position is available.

This is a good practice test for the real one. Connect the dots and image recognition practice tests are difficult and prepares you very well. 2D-3D interpretation test is also difficult, but it only gives you an idea of what the real test is going to be. The questions were different in the real test.

I had 10 days notice that I was taking the Dispatcher Exam. Since I am brand new to the dispatch world I was given a few CritiCal question examples attached to my test invite. I found Prepterminal during an internet search for study help. I was impressed that I was able to have a single month access instead of having to purchase an entire course for 3 times as much. Their review course is spot on. I was at least familiar with all of the sections of the test. Something as simple as learning skills for data input based on speed and accuracy made the difference for me. I scored 90% on my test and am scheduled for the next step in the process. I can honestly say I don't like doing reviews and for the most part I don't trust reviews. However, I am happy to give them 5 well earned stars. Highly recommend especially if you are changing careers and unfamiliar with the dispatcher test.
