I get Oats from the StayYoungFitness gym in Clydebank, 10/10! I have them every morning, macros are great and they taste amazing!

Oats are top class, macros are ideal and kickstart the day right!

Myself & My partner purchase our oats form SYF Clydebank ( Our Gym ), i have never been a fan of oats until i tried these what a difference they make to my everyday now as i really enjoy them!!

The biscoff is my favourite!!!!

Got the over night oats from my gym @SYF really nice and filling. The mini eggs were my fav but only got them at Easter. Most flavours are delicious but be good to make new flavours every now and then

All the meals we got were fantastic. The Overnight oats are unreal and the portion sizes are great... definitely the best meal.prep company about!

Absolutely love Prep Pal. The meals themselves are delicious. They’re very generous with the protein portions - which is important to me as fitness is a big part of my life. And I look forward to eating the overnight oats each morning - feels like a healthy, but naughty treat. Highly recommend!

I’ve been using Prep Pal for my lunches and some breakfasts for a couple of months now. They have always been delivered on time, the food is delicious and knowing it is healthy is great. Their prices are really fair for a meal prep service too, I’ve been eating their ‘lean’ lunches which work out £5 a meal.

No complaints and would definitely recommend!

This is one of the best meal prep companies I have tried. The food comes well packaged, it’s fresh and always delicious. The menu changes each week which is ideal as I would get bored eating the same food every week.

I trust the macros - the volume of high quality protein in each meal means I’m not having to supplement by adding in more meat which I’ve had to do with other companies.

I’m a frequent customer of PrepPal now and will continue to be as this makes my week so much easier. If you want to stay consistent and don’t want to be stuck in the kitchen, I 100% recommend this company.
