10/10 cannot fault
Hands down the most tastiest and fresh meal preps I have ever had. I have used a couple of other companies in my time but nothing compares. Tasty, fresh and excellent portions. Service and communication spot on also. You have a local customer for life now.

i would 100% recommend this company, the food is delicious and the portion sizes are perfect. Ive always wanted to find a meal prep company, but have always been slightly skeptical as im such a foodie and was worried that the food wouldn't taste great. Super healthy, super delicious and great value for money. Also i was running slightly late to collect my order and the shop was due to close they waited for me to arrive and were extremely polite. Well done Prep Food :-)

The best prep meals I have had. A good variety of options, to keep it different on a daily basis. Great communication from Paul as I have a nut allergy. Can’t fault at all!

Fast delivery
Fast delivery, received a text message from Paul the day before delivery to let me know he would be delivering in the morning which was much appreciated. And most importantly the food is banging. Will definitely be using using on a regular basis.
