Arrived on time, and was simple to set up

We were very satisfied with Prepaidsims esims on recent Europe trip. Used 39 day and 15 day options, for data and internet. No problems through Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Albania, Greece. Much cheaper than roaming on my regular service.

Initially. It appeared the eSIMs wouldn’t work but it was a settings issue. The first set of instructions did not look like what I could see on my phone but a couple of emails with support and all was well. Excellent coverage in Indonesia. Great value for money.

So far so good. It’s a little confusing with the set up but I’ll know more once I start to move around

Easy to activate in UK. Great customer service when I had a small query….. Rey quick response and resolution of issue. Will use again!

Great coverage and easy to setup.
I have had no issues with coverage or slow internet.
Also great customer support when I had an issue, got a response very quickly to resolve the issue.

Would have liked to be able to send text with attachments.

Connected instantly to NZ local network. No issues except weak or no signals in some (remote) areas. Great come with a local phone number that is very useful.

The installation was very easy and it functioned without any problems while we were in Japan

The eSIM worked just as advertised for telephone calls and data for the whole month.

The Prepaid eSim was easy to set up when I got to Thailand and worked flawlessly while I was there. It was also very easy to order and quite affordable.

Difficult to load if using 1phone. Luckily we bought 1 each so we were able to load both on phone then transfer 1sim to the other phone

Installation was fine. Annoying to have to scan a QR (I had to send to laptop so I could scan with my phone, surely there is a better way).

Primary issue was that it was hard to cancel the recurring monthly cost once I had it. 2 degrees (the provider) didn’t make it easy, and if you’re travelling, you’re likely going to cancel within a month or two so this was an issue. I had to make an account for my new number, which was far harder than it should have been, just to cancel the monthly payment.

Despite all of this, this was the best prepaid SIM experience I’ve had in NZ and I fly back and forth a lot. So I absolutely will use this service again. My feedback above is primarily for other users who may have issues navigating these complexities.

We are travelling in Europe, both with multiple 30-day travel sims we swap out as required. At the change over date, month 3, my wifes new sim would not connect. Anna, with Alvins support, maintained a prolonged email conversation with us, despite the time difference, to get her up and running. She can once again head off exploring without fear of getting lost.

this is the second consecutive SIM offer used. The offer was the best value I found (again).
It followed from an eSIM with the same terms of use ( 30 Days UK based) and it would have been useful to have been able to extend the first one and not change phone numbers, but the process was simple and effective
Highly recommended.
