Premium Web Agency was my choice to handle my website development because they showed me enough upfront in terms of ideas and design elements to give me confidence in getting the website I desired. There was a lot more to this than first anticipated and Premium Web Agency was helpful throughout all of the steps. They assigned me Sam to be the project manager and we worked together for quite a while building the site that I wanted. They did not rush me or the development and Sam listened to me every step of the way. Sam was assisted by Justin and between both of them they handled ALL of the changes and desires that I had (which evolved over time). All in all, I highly recommend Premium Web Agency and Sam and Justin. I really appreciated the patience that Sam had as I kept amending the ideas and how I wanted the site to operate. THANKS!!!!

I had started my business and need a website and sent them two references of how I wanted. My website created a very similarly because I needed to sell things on the website and so they gave me a quote that was better than anyone else substantially. So I went ahead with them. They wasted about a month worth of time making the website and it was completely wrong and they kept ignoring what I needed and then about a month and a half in to them building my website they said what I needed is $1000 Website bill which when I sent them the references to what I needed they said that would be no problem and they could easily get it done at that price. I wish I would’ve looked at reviews first before pulling the trigger, but I would highly recommend never doing business with these guys again, they will not refund my money and they have stopped responding to all my calls.

Stuffs are very knowledgeable and nice. While customizing the website to suit my specific requirements, it is important to be mindful of potential costs, as they can accumulate quickly if not managed carefully. This review is for stuffs. For product and cost, I would rate this a 4 stars.

Be careful giving your money to any company online. I thought they would scam me so I'm thankful that they took part of the payment up front and the rest when they finished. But I'll give you a few heads up. I wouldn't have felt comfortable giving all my money up front because they did take around 2 months to finish everything. It would have given me anxiety if I had given them all my money while I waited.

They seem legit once they started working. They gave me good service and listened to my needs. They designed and changed whatever I told them. I can't vouch for them tomorrow but at least for me, I received a final website and got what I paid for regarding the site.

Here's where you should be careful. They will try to sell you a hosting package at a ridiculous price and will try to convince you that the hosting you got from your domain host isn't enough. That's a lie. Your domain hosting is plenty unless you're running an entire city server. You don't need to buy the hosting package. They will also try to sell you a custom dashboard. I'm not sure it's too different than the wordpress dashboard. It could be but it looks very similar. So I'm not sure yet if it's worth it. All in all, they did a great job on my site and if I needed a site, I'd hire them again.
