They have had my book for 14 months keep telling me its published but they can't send it to me. And they refuse to sale it. The Publisher Zack Smith Started asking for more money after 6 months said he had to buy the Isbn and Barcode from Amazon. They don't answer the phone but once every few months sorry company I have 5 more books I want to publish all I want is my book or my money back I won't even worry about selling it all this hassel

I was scammed by this company. I received nothing for the amount of money that I spent. I did all the editing even after I paid for a developmental edit. The book came back with trash, it was so bad that I paid for a program and did my own editing. They kept telling me my book trailer was being worked. I have heard that for four months. I did not receive my author copies. I saw a website, but I dont have rights on it. This publishing company is a scam, when you refuse to pay any more money they are unavailable. My experience with Premium Book Publishing has been horrible. I was contacted by a former employee and he said that the company had scammed him out of salary.

I was looking for someone to help me write a pitch deck for my new business and i found Premium Book Publishing online. I was impressed with their portfolio so I decided to try them. I was so glad i did. They were incredibly professional and easy to work with and they delivered a pitch deck that was clear concise and persuasive. I couldn't have asked for a better job.

Premium Book Publishing stands out as the best press release service beacuse it provides a personal touch. They review every release right away and suggest improvements. I don't know of any other service that does this. Plus their releases get picked up by major media.

Premium Book Publishing offers its author marketing services at affordable prices which is a huge plus for independent authors like myself who are working within budget constraints. Despite the reasonable pricing the quality of their services remained top notch providing excellent value for money. highly recommended

Edits were completed on time and customer service was professional while there is always room for improvement i am setisfied with the changes made to my manuscript and would consider using Premium book publishing again

The communication with premium book publishing was smooth and they delivered a book cover promptly however the design lacked the wow factory i was hoping for.

I had no idea what to expect when I contacted Premium Book Publishing but once they started my book I knew it would be good because they were so thorough and knowledgeable about all aspects of writing books.

I have had nothing but negative experiences with Premium Book Publishing. I had to send my book back at least 8 times for correction and finally I got a message from a project manager that they purposely did not make all of the punctuation corrections because the readers would not think it was from other than the author. I paid for Premium to proofread my novel and this was the bogus excuse I got.
I can attach the email as proof I received from a premium project manager.
I prepaid for 50 author copies and premium sent the books to Amazon for sale and they refuse to send me the 50 prepaid books and the final straw, I was told I would have to pay full price for my own authored books and would not get the authors price if I needed books for book readings or comp copies. I have a long list of the untruthful and deceptive phone calls and e-mails but there is not space to list them all.
I have published three other books and have never dealt with such a bunch of liars and crooks. I suggest any authors looking for a honest publisher to look elsewhere . I will be contacting the attorney generals office fraud division .
Took me over a year to get my book published with excuse after excuse. I contacted Jason smith on this date at Premium book publishers and he advised the books I had ordered for my book readings had been sent to bookstores and Amazon and all the books I had ordered were gone. He told me I would have to pay the $300 again plus shipping if I wanted my books. I asked for his supervisor name and phone number and he refused to provide it to me. I asked for a refund of $200 for the proofreading Premium had offered as part of the deal and I found many mistakes which had to be corrected and when I complained to Jason Smith he emailed me with the following response “ although we made some mistakes intentionally only for the original look,as reader should feel that the book is written by a real author" quote in email. I paid for a professional proofread and did not receive that service.
Jason Smith has contacted me and tried to make a deal that if I had Premium publishing publish my new books they would deduct the cost of the claim I had made. I told him they had already scammed me once so I had no trust in his credibility and just wanted the books I had prepaid.
That still did not resolve the issue of premium not sending me the 50 books I paid for that were agreed upon to be sent to my address.
I have had a total of at least 6 project managers and
D one of them told me he was leaving to the Bahamas for the weekend and after trying to get in touch with him for over a month I was finally able to contact another project manager that said my manager had been fired. I was provided with another project manager that did not follow up on my book project and it took over a month to get back in touch because no one would respond to emails or phone calls, I started asking when my books would be sent to me and was advised they were being published. After several months when I notified a project manager I was told the books had been shipped to Amazon. When I spoke to one project manager he advised that the project manager that had reported as being fired, was actually a supervisor and was still working there. I contacted the actual publisher of my book and they had no idea why Premium Book Publishers would be untruthful and tell me the books had been sent to Amazon when they didn’t actually publish the book and were a third party.
I have filed a potential frauds complaint against Premier Book Publishing with The Texas Attorney General Office Consumer Protection Division , The Florida State Attorney General Office, Complaints and Resources Department and the Federal Trade Commission Consumer Protection Division since if Fraud is identified it will be a multi state violation. I have got no where with arguementive representatives of Premier Publishing and they refuse to provide names and phone numbers of the decision makers at Premium Book Publishers. When I last spoke to Jason Smith he refused to provide me with addresses for the Premier book Publishing Businesses.i can email email and text messages to you if you can provide an email address. The documents I will send you will be conclusive that the representatives were dishonest and made dishonest representations. I have e- mailed copies of the communication between myself and the various project managers to Premium Book Publishers and also sent copies to the FTC and Attorney General Offices in Florida and Texas. I can also send you copies of the letter of complaint that were sent to the government agencies and Premium Book Publishers to their company addresses in Florida and Texas. There was a lot of deception by the project managers and they represented Premium . David Wiyrick

As a self-published author, I found Premium Book Publishing straightforward and efficient. Their design team did a great job with my book cover, although communication could have been a bit quicker. Overall, a good experience, and I'd consider using them again.
