Overall, it’s quite and there’s nice neighbors in the office. The bathroom and kitchen are always clean. The coffee is really good! Unfortunately, the internet is OLD! Cat 3 Internet cables don’t exist anymore and I have to tether from my personal internet when I work in the office. I have mentioned that I can’t find the right equipment for their connections but no one has an answer. Therefore, if you have a newer computer or office equipment their internet is not compatible.

The staff at the Temecula office do a terrific job, are courteous and professional.

I love the entire staff here as they are all quite helpful, professional, and friendly. The office spaces however are quite loud and if the neighboring office has their phone near the wall, all conversations are transmitted through the wall which can be quite distracting. I would summarize that the construction of the building is the only drawback I have observed.

Love he building and my new office, good deal for the money and sdie of it. Also love the underground parking. Staff is very friendly, although admittedly I keep to myself most of the time.

The complex is well managed, clean and professional. The common areas are clean and well stocked, it is a quite and professional atmosphere to get your work done.

I appreciate the management here at the building in Temecula, the manager Sheena and Pamela are just wonderful. Its very quiet, clean and I love the view from my office. The leasing process was just a breeze. I also moved my office to a bigger suite and Sheena here made it happen so quick I couldn't believe how efficient she is.
