Premier going downhill with on-line payment and interior design decisions.
Switch to on-line rent payments was not tenant focused. Previously, rent and other costs were charged directly to my credit card, and I received an auto e-mail confirming that rent had been paid.
Now tenants have to go on-line every month to pay the invoice.
In short, Premier make life easier for themselves and less convenient for their client tenants.
Were the people who made this decision the same who have been in charge of the awful interior design decisions over the last 5 years. The offices, certainly, have become very less refined, less professional, cheaper looking, with each passing year.
However, I must say that the Seattle staff are very welcoming and competent, and that Premier's rates are fair.

Superior in every way
i have found my experience at Premier Business Centers to be superior in every way: the facility is beautiful and immaculate; the manager Maurico is fabulous; and the staff, Barbara and Winsome make problem solving look easy!
